We are a family owned & operated business serving all of Dane County. For Angie's List Members - we offer a $10/off the service charge for new customers. You must mention this discount at the time the service call is scheduled, or when your technician is at your home. For service calls, we charge a flat rate, that includes the trip charge to the home and all labor -- we simply charge the service call rate plus any parts that are needed to fix the door and/or operator. Fast response to our request. Easy to schedule with a very short wait time. The tech did a great job of fixing the door wheels and the door opener. We were having problems with the door closing when it was cold out. The tech fixed the problem quickly and informed us what the problem had been.

Estimator came out quickly; estimate was accurate. Door and opener replacement took one afternoon; employee arrived on schedule. They were not able to replace my garage entry door -- I had to contract another company to do that. Except for that, everything turned out perfectly, and less expensive than I expected.

We had a tech out to repair the sensors, we weren't sure quite what was wrong. The sensors ended up having corroded wiring, which he was able to repair quickly. We were happy that it was a quick and painless fix!

Service was very good on getting estimate and installing door. Because the door was not in stock, we had to order it. When it came in it was labeled for another customer by mistake. We had to work out with them after a week being overdue that the door was available.

Very well. There was no chance of skipping the repair, as the garage door could not be opened at all without it. One spring had broken, but I had both replaced (as I understand is prudent). The repairman arrived promptly the same day I called, did the work in about one hour, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. I thought the price was a bit high ($288).

Repairman came out as scheduled and was professional, congenial and efficient. He fixed the problem, checked out the entire door and made some additional observations which were helpful. After a few weeks, the door is jumping a bit - will call them back but am very confident that they will make it right. They are now my new garage door go to people.

They came early the next day and diagnosed and fixed the problem very quickly and within a few minutes the door was working again. They also greased the rollers and showed me what to do on my other garage door. Very professional and will definitely use them for future garage door problems.

Overall it went fine, but I have one major complaint. The replacement rollers have very long stem, much longer (8 inches) than the old ones. I was told they do that now so they can't slip out of the track but it's hard to see why the extreme length is necessary (I have since learned at least some other companies don't do that) and it looks like ****. Update to the review: Contractor contacted me and fixed the problem. I am happy with the outcome.

I ordered this when the offer came out in January, $100. A month or so later there were comparable offers for $75. I'm sure they would have been adequate. No complaints about the actual service.

We were very happy with their work and honesty in what we needed and what was not needed. The office personnel were very friendly, patient and helpful and answered all my questions. I will definitely use them again if the needed. No problems at all.

Great. It had been awhile since I had my last garage door tune-up, and I just wanted to make sure everything was running ok. They sent out a guy out who was punctual and professional. He checked everything over and answered my questions.
