"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. The workers had a system with a moveable scrap container that was able to catch the old scrap shingles without dumping them on the landscaping or driving over it. "If I could give a NEGATIVE 5 STAR review I totally would!!!!!! This is the worst company I have EVER dealt with! We had some work done a couple of months ago. The job was suppose to take a day-ended up taking 2 WEEKS! My son had to rearrange his whole schedule, missed out on work, the contractors wouldn’t show up for days or they were late by hours, they would just leave and say the job was complete (and it wasn’t even half done!), we have tried calling to discuss and the receptionists are all trained to say the managers and owners are in ‘meetings’, we’ve sent emails and left messages and not once received a call back or reply to our emails! We are beyond frustrated! Then they send a bill 2 mos later for the full amount when they didn’t complete the job and they won’t even listen to the issues we have with paying this bill because the company has such terrible communication! I’m not even sure the owners are aware of how the business is being run at this point! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY"
