good on recall on time - did not get to see under car as I would have liked- no old parts had oil changed - extra charges for "shop Supplies" that I am not used to seeing desk personell could not explain it took a long time to get a service rep to explain it Rep was not real friendly -was end of day

Arrived at 3:25 PM, drove into the building for service, it is exceptionally clean and bright in the service area. I was greeted immediately, and the services needed were discussed. I went into the waiting area while my car was serviced. Plenty of seating, again clean and bright with 2 TV's on opposite ends of the room for customers. A nice kid area if you have to bring the kiddos along. About 15 minutes later the technician came to me and informed me the air leak in my tire was the fault of a leaking valve stem that needed to be replaced at a cost of $230.00, I declined the replacement. Water, coffee, tea available. My car was finished at 4:00 and after paying my bill($99.33), I was given a voucher for a car wash at a nearby gas station. I left the dealership at 4:06 PM. Everyone at this location is friendly, and helpful.

Dorsch did a really good job doing some minor body work on the front end of my wife's car. They replaced the fender and the bumper skin. The work went well expect for the delay in parts which wasn't their fault. I would recommend them for Kia or Ford specific repairs.
