Very quick service, pleasant, knowledgeable, thorough. Fixed the problem same visit and as a bonus fixed the door which had a broken hinge without charge. Price very reasonable. Definitely will hire again if needed. Highly recommend!

We had a gas fireplace insert installed. We are extremely please with the customer service and work done. We needed extra mason work done and they were able to contact a person to help with that. All the work was done as scheduled, no surprises and extremely clean. I would highly recommend them for this work. The fireplace look absolutely wonderful.

Scheduled 3 different appointment times for them to pick from and never heard back on any of them. I contacted them to schedule another one and was told they never received my purchase from Angie's List and they would look into it. I have not heard back since. I am now out the money I paid for the service.

Todd inspected/cleaned the gas fireplace, AC unit, and furnace. We had bought a new house in spring and had yet to use the fireplace so Todd showed me how to use it and gave me a few tips. Our AC unit was very dirty, probably had never been cleaned. He cleaned it up and showed me what to do in the future. He was very thorough and helpful, answered any questions I had. I will work with him in the future and would strongly recommend.

Despite having difficulty finding my house in the dark and being at the extreme end of his service range Todd went above and beyond to perform the work on my furnace.
He is an upstanding individual and did excellent work. I would definitely use him again for this type of work.

Arrived on time. Todd thoroughly cleaned logs and glass doors. He also cleaned pilot light and burner. Checked for leaks and tested. Very happy with results. We will contact them for future cleanings or upgrades to our fireplace.

It went perfect. I had four estimates from four HVAC companies in the area. Todd wasn't the lowest price but was certainly the best qualified to do what I wanted. He was always on time whether it be the proposal or installation. He started at 8:00 am and removed the old furnace and air-conditioning system. Shortly after 12:00 noon he was already to fire up the new furnace. He then continued with the outdoor work finishing up on the air-conditioning compressor placement, hookup and charging the system making sure the new platform was perfectly level. He then ran the piping for a new additional register in the master bedroom. He finished up by showing me the operation of the new heating and air-conditioning system and air cleaning system.
When he left the old system had been loaded in his van, everything inside and outside cleaned to a better condition that he found it when he got here. He was out of here by 4:00 pm.
The new system, an American Standard furnace and central air-conditioner is so quiet I actually have to "listen" to know when its running. That certainly wasn't the case with the old system. There are no more hot spots in the house when the furnace kicks in and no cool areas before it recovers. The thermostat never goes up or down one degree. I assume it is set to recover when the temperature in the house changes only half a degree. The system has been running now for a little over a week and there is still no dust on the furniture so the air cleaner (an American Standard AccuClean) is obviously doing its job to the max. With the old system you could see dust after only a few days. I couldn't be more pleased with the new system and I can't say enough about the great job Todd did installing it. I've never seen anyone take such pride in their work. I will definitely use his services again should I ever need HVAC work done.
