We provide residential and commercial interior and exterior painting, staining and wallcovering services throughout the Greater Milwaukee Area. All of our employees have at least ten years of professional painting experience. We are a smaller, closely-held and closely-supervised company in order to insure quality results. Very importantly, we use NO subcontractors. We are licensed and bonded by the City of Milwaukee (#9216), Registered with the Wisconsin Department of Commerce (#1120957), and we are Certified as a Lead-Safe Company (#DHS-1110170). We have high commercial levels of General Liability and Business Auto Insurance, as well as statutory levels of Workers Compensation Insurance. "Buyers Beware – Total Waste of Money We purchased the premium home warranty package through Home Warranty Inc (homewarrantyinc.com) when we bought our home in October 2024, including the add-on for sprinkler system coverage. As anyone familiar with North Dakota knows, sprinkler systems must be winterized in September or October to prevent freeze damage. Ours was professionally blown out as soon as we moved in. Fast forward to spring—sprinkler systems in this region typically aren’t used again until late May, after the last freeze. We hired a professional sprinkler company to perform the spring startup and inspection. They found that multiple valves weren’t working properly. I filed a claim with the home warranty company immediately. Despite having the coverage, they denied the claim, saying it was a "pre-existing condition." That’s absolutely ridiculous, considering the system was winterized upon move-in and wasn’t even operational until months later. To make matters worse, this company has no partnered service providers in our town. You're expected to find your own technician, and good luck finding one who’s willing to work with them. Even if you do, you're likely stuck paying a significant amount out of pocket if anything needs to be replaced. This company is a complete scam. They take your money and leave you high and dry when it actually matters. I would never recommend them to anyone."

They must post their own positive reviews. They took my $65.00 fee and did nothing"

After over a month of her being without heat I called The company to explain the situation the rudest Receptionist you ever could Encounter Didn't care didn't sympathize All that was cared about was a service charge And Instead of understanding how upset I was For the situation it became a nightmare. I finally did the right thing and called Capital cooling and heating 'I've never encountered anything like this ? After talking to capital I know they also overcharge her too. Please stay away from this company do yourself a favor"
