Needed diagnostic and repair for furnace that they installed 12 years prior. Called over the weekend and tried scheduling online. Says they have emergency service and serve the "Greater Milwaukee area". An assistant answered and said she couldn't schedule because she wasn't in the office and to call back Monday. When I tried to register online it kicked me out due to my zipcode. When I called on Monday, I was told by "Nick" to call someone else because I wasn't in their service area anymore (based strictly on my zipcode). Bizarre because I had them service the unit in 2019 for a faulty switch. Stop redlining! Or better yet, don't false advertize the areas you service on your website.

Not Good, Salesperson told us that they would clean out the vents/ducts before installation. They NEVER did it & salesperson stated that they FORGOT to write it in the contract. No resolution offered to the complaint, got their money and RAN! Horrible experience!

They do a good job and I trust them. I signed up for an annual program.

They were really good. I had people come to my home to fix my AC and basically, the contractor said they needed to replace the whole system. These guys came in and they serviced two units in the house and repaired the other for less than $500. It's working beautifully. When I told him what the other guys wanted to do he said it wasn't needed. 

They were really professional, prompt and did the service in one day. I suggest they keep doing what they're doing, it's just fine.

Great. A part was replaced, but was covered under warranty. No hassles.

The tune-up uncovered a problem with a leaky evaporator coil which needs to be replaced. $843.63 for 3 hours or so of labor (part is in warranty) is extremely high.

Well. It went well.

Clean, professional, efficient job. All work (including removal of old furnace) was contracted for and completed within 24 hours of my initial contact with the company. ( $100 Focus-on-Energy rebate application was also filled out and sent to me by the company.)

Had Bryan out to clean my furnace this winter. Very thorough and polite. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to show me how to adjust my thermostat and humidifier. Have been using Quality Heating for many years and would highly recommend them.

The customer service representative did a good job at updating me on the status of when the furnace guy will be arriving at my house, and she was very courteous/polite. I also appreciate how thorough the furnace guy was, and my furnace is now running fine. A bonus was that he also put a new filter in my humidifier (paid service) which none of the previous furnace guys addressed as needing maintenance. I also found out that I did not have it set properly. Thanks a lot!

I contacted the company for a quote to get a replacement AC and furnace for my home.  Never received return call from the salesman despite assurance that he would call.  I set aside time to take the call and discuss the options.  This company completely wasted my time.  I will be looking for another company that treats its customers with more respect.

This past fall, we were looking into replacing our 30+ year old boiler with a new one and were interested in a more efficient system.  The sales person was so unimpressive and tried to sell us a unit like the old one and not a high efficiency system that we decided to use another company for the work.

It was very good service. I placed a call on Saturday, as a non-emergency. They call me Monday morning before 7 AM and scheduled an apt For that same afternoon. He check all the parts of the furnace, advised me of some parts that were starting to wear and gave me the option of replacing or waiting. No high pressure, just honest advice. Extremely professional, et friendly and explained, in detail, what he did and what parts he checked.

Great. No complaints. There was one snag but they fixed it and left us an additional filter. I was very pleased as was the Inspector.

It took the whole day to install, workers were courteous and knowledgeable.  Very easy to work with.
We have been a long term customer and greatly appreciate their knowledge.

The actual work went well, no issues. When we called for initial pricing they quoted us an amount and then when we called to schedule they quoted us several hundred dollars more. After some back and forth they did end up honoring the price they had initially quoted.
