Best Overhead Door Service we've ever received. Originally had them replace the damaged Garage Door. Then within 2 weeks after that job, we had them install a New Garage Door Opener with a digital key pad and security sensors. The Digital key pad has malfunctioned 3 times and they've come out to our home without an appointment and repaired or reset it. Superb Service, the installers gave me their cell numbers and said if I ever have issues to call them at a reasonable time for Free Assistance.

Awesome service! Called at 5:30 PM on a weekday, scheduled service for the following morning. Jeff (he was great!) showed up on time, completed the repair in short order and the charges were very reasonable.

Really happy with this experience. After our Chamberlain garage door opener (of unknown age and origin) went kaput, I called Cedarburg Overhead Door. They were able to come quickly - within a day or two - to install a new LiftMaster garage door opener. It is a huge improvement over what was previously here; it runs more smoothly, almost silently, and can be controlled with a smartphone if desired. The installation was speedy and professional, and we were given clear verbal instructions on how to care for the opener and keep the garage door moving smoothly. Product is great, people were great. I would definitely call again.

I called Cedarburg Overhead Door the day my garage door opener broke. 
It was during a really bad snowstorm and I thought I would just schedule him to come out later in the week but he said it was no biggie and came out DURING a snowstorm.
I ended up ordering a custom door which is a  2-3 week wait, and to be nice he installed the opener before the  new door arrived (to work with the old door).
We are still in the 2-3 week waiting period for the door, but I have to say, so far so good!

On a very cold February day the garage door broke. When I called, the owner was very helpful and had me check several different things (sensor eye etc.) to see if there was a simple fix. When I looked up, I could see that the large spring was in two distinct pieces. Since I couldn't get the car out, I basically couldn't go anywhere. Surprisingly, Brandon showed up within an hour and quickly fixed the door. I was impressed with the courteous and timely customer service.

Cedarburg Overhead Door Company is absolutely excellent!  From my first email, phone contact and then installation, Jerry, Brandon and the installation team were absolutely a pleasure to work with.  If you are a female and must take care of house needs - this company is for you.  My husband isn't always available for house stuff - and I was relieved to know that I could call with any questions or inquiries and would always receive a professional and courteous response.  This team is certainly operating in the current world!  Prices were reasonable and competitive.  Jerry helped me color match my garage doors to my house beautifully.  The installation gentlemen were also above par!  Efficient, neat and accomodating.  The garage doors are beautiful, well insulated with spray in foam and operate smoothly.  I would recommend this company to anyone without hesitation.  This team knows how to run a business.  I am very particular and I just can't say enough kind and thankful words abut this company and their product.

We were impressed with the service from this company throughout. The morning the opener and door broke, the owner of the company came out about 30 minutes after we called them. The window panel for the new door had to be ordered so he made an adjustment to the existing opener and door so the garage door could still be used temporarily but the broken door would not affect the structure of the garage. He did not charge us for this. He explained why the door had to be replaced and was very helpful walking through replacement options and cost. This occurred a few months after we had just purchased this new home, and realized after the fact that our HSA warranty from our realtor might cover some of the cost, and Jerry (the owner of the company) was very helpful working with HSA for us to get us a partial refund.

I called the provider in the afternoon about needing a new garage door opener.  He told me on the phone exactly what he would install and the price.  He can over the next morning and installed the opener, leaving the remotes, invoice and instruction manual in my back door.  I truly appreciate the quick efficient service.

We called him about a noisy and poorly performing door for repair. He reviewed situation, and performed some adjustments which did improve things a bit. He advised us that more than that, which he felt unnecessary, would require replacing the door. He talked us out of it. 
This is a great guy to do business with. He could have very easily sold us a new door.

Jerry was very prompt, and performed work quickly with excellent quality.  Very pleasant gentleman - knows what he's doing!  Also - price is as low as anyone I've used in the past.

We've used these guys on more than one occasion and I'd definitely recommend them.  They are professional, responsive and listen to you.  Services have been done well and prices are decent.
