"December 31st, 2018 Dear Wasco, My Dad and I purchased Wasco windows for our home in 2001. A total of 18 windows. At the time, my Dad considered purchasing our windows from several difference area companies. He traveled to each of them comparing the price and quality of the windows. After doing his homework, my Dad decided that Wasco would be the best company to purchase the windows for our home. My Dad was retired and I was still working. We decided to split the cost of the windows. I am quite certain that one of the things that helped my Dad to make his decision was the Lifetime Warranty that came with the sale. I did not think a whole lot about it then but my Dad did. A few years ago, I noticed the black seals inside of the windows had began to buckle. I also noticed the shades in my bedroom would move whenever it was windy outside. So I called to express my concern. I had not looked at the paperwork we had saved from 2001. I was scared to death to have a technician come and look at my windows because I knew it would be difficult for me to pay for 18 new windows to be installed. I was thrilled beyond measure when I was told that our windows were covered by the Lifetime Warranty. If I could have done cartwheels, I would have! The receptionist I spoke with was friendly and really helpful. She explained that she would send out a technician to look at my windows. A few days later Brad arrived. After closely inspecting several of the windows, he got out his measuring tape and measured every single window in our home. I was told that I would need to only pay for the trip charge ($54.95) and that all other costs would be taken care of. I was SO IMPRESSED. It is not often in our day and age you find contractors or companies who are willing to stand behind their products and work. This is exactly what Wasco does and did! A week or so later, Brad and Rob returned with brand new glass and seals for all 18 of our windows. They spent all day working. Both Brad and Rob were friendly and professional. I felt comfortable having them in my home. One of the duo stayed outside working in the truck installing the new glass and seals into the window frames. While the second gentleman removed one window at a time, took it outside and then brought it back in and re-installed it once again. It was quite cold out the day the windows were installed. I was grateful for how well Brad and Rob worked together and how quickly the windows were changed out. The new glass and seals have made a huge difference in the warmth we feel in our home. The shades do not move a bit even when it is extremely windy outside. I am handicapped and really appreciate the tip in windows. It would be extremely difficult for me to remove windows and screens to clean our windows. The tip in/out windows make it possible for me to still clean our windows. I am really thankful for this. I would highly recommend Wasco to any of my neighbors and friends who are shopping for new windows. "Our doors were done ahead of schedule, and we received frequent emails regarding the progress of our product. Our service tech was the best. They don't come much better than Ben. He was thorough, kind, respectful and he cleaned up after himself well. On day one he had his trailer parked in our driveway, so my car sat on the street. We had less than satisfactory weather with sleet falling a large portion of the day. Ben scraped my car windows before he left for the day! He explained how things worked and made sure all of our questions were answered before he left. The doors are beautiful and we can't say enough about the entire process from start to finish. Rick followed up with a final measuring. Then Megan stepped in and was the liaison between me and the factory. She offered me options on the bay window for my living room. She kept in touch as to production schedule and the subsequent installation schedule. Their crew came out while I was away and did a thorough and clean job. Talked on Wednesday, got an estimate Thursday, job completed Friday. 100% customer friendly, they purchased the screen door for us, installed it and the hardware, repaired multiple parts of two double-hung windows. Fast and quality work for a great price. Had to make an adjustment the next day due to the age of our windows, and they came right back out for that right away. Took forever to find someone for this job but as soon as I was in touch with Apex, we couldn't have been done faster or more pleased with the work."
