Brian was great! He was able to get in and remove the old, rotted sliding door and paneling and install a brand new one. There were no issues during install, and he notified me whenever he found something that had to be replaced.

The Installers were extremely efficient, beyond thorough in explanations, very pleasant and did beautiful work. You would not even know that work was done. The site was left meticulously clean. We would definitely recommend this company.

The crew, Tim and Robert, was on time and did a great job on the sliding door. The door itself looks perfect and we can already see a difference in the amount of air infiltration. They left the work area cleaner than it was before the started. We would highly recommend Weather Tight.

Got new roof, facia, gutters, and a Walk-Shower conversion. From start to finish they have been wonderful. Sales Rep (Tom) was great. Then someone came out to do measurements and point out areas of concern and go over some things. Project Manager (Tim) has been phenomenal throughout this whole process. Communication was awesome right out the the gate. He was easy to get in touch with and he responded lightning quick! Every crew (Roof, Facia & Gutter, and Bathroom) had a Lead Installer that would reach out and introduce themselves. We always had someone to contact for questions. The exterior work looks great. The bathtub conversion is flat out awesome. Feel extra roomy and we love the Marble. I have peace of mind with a 50 year warranty on the roof and lifetime warranty on the bathroom. They are extremely friendly and approachable. I never felt intimidated to ask a question.

Brian and Josh just finished replacing the old bathtub and shower in our hallway bathroom with a new walk-in shower. They always asked if I had any questions, and asked for my input on the project when necessary. They were both a great pleasure to work with! Highly recommended!

Exceptional windows and installation. Robert & Kenny are extremely knowledgeable about product and installation was amazing. The windows are beautiful. We've added curb appeal and value to our home. I am very well pleased with the door installation from Chris S. and Chris C. They gave me tips and also found another area of my home that needs immediate attention. Had they not mentioned to me I would be unaware of it. I am a widow since May 31, 2020. It has been very difficult for me to manage with the upkeep of my home.

They did everything they said they would. The crew was really nice, it only took 2 days to do a ranch house and garage. They cleaned up really good each day, did find some nails in the grass after they left.

Luke and Luis were prompt, organized and courteous. They put down tarp all over area where they worked and were very professional. They completed the install and cleaned up when they were done. Would definitely use them again.

When you are a consumer, you want to know how to say “totally satisfied”. It is now in vocabulary as WEATHER TIGHT. Recently we had a very large custom made window installed, and received excellence plus from the Weather Tight team that installed it. As part of the install process we were advised a Service Technician would be back in a few weeks to follow up on an expected paint touchup. A few days after the install, a scheduler called and set a date and time for the follow up. One day before the scheduled follow up we received a call advising the 1 hour time frame in which to expect the Service Technician. Tom, the Service Technician, showed up right on time. He politely introduced himself to my wife and me, and explained what he would be doing. I showed Tom where the window was. He secured a ladder from his truck, as the window was on the second floor, and immediately surveyed the window and what had to be done. Some areas of paint had to be touched up. He quickly completed that job and advised there were several small areas, not technically part of the window install, that should be addressed. Tom expertly taped around those areas in order to insure a clean and professional job. Within a very short time he completed the entire follow up process. As with the installation of the window, we could not have been more pleased with the way Tom performed his job, the quality of his work, and his personal representation of his company Weather Tight, which as I stated above translates for us to “totally satisfied”. Incredible service, incredible product. We have shopped for and purchased doors over the years and our experience with Weather Tight is simply unparalleled. We will be returning to them for our door needs from now on. Chris, who installed our doors was amazing- clearly an expert and very informative. TOP NOTCH.

In 2014 we replaced 18 windows and were very happy with the windows and service from Weather Tight. At the time we did not replace 6 windows in the rear. The rear doesn't get hit with the sun and weathered better than other areas. Last fall we noticed some rot on the cedar siding below a picture window. Decided it was time to call Weather Tight. Once again Weather Tight exceeded our expectations. Ryan, our sales rep, made sure the windows would match the ones installed 9 years earlier and clearly explained to process and scheduled an installation date to accommodate us. The water damage below the window was much worse than expected. Chris S, Chris C, and Josh did an amazing job replacing all the damaged wood. We built our home 29 years ago. Our contract appeared to state that the O.S.B. would be covered with building paper or felt. IT WAS NOT. That is what caused the water damage. Weather Tight caulked, foamed and covered the new O.S.B. with Tyvek Home Wrap, and replaced the cedar shingles. They also did an exceptional job installing our new replacement windows. They look amazing inside and out. We highly recommend Weather Tight. The people and product are extraordinary.
