He was patient and truly listened to what me needs were. Since I have a big home I wasn't able to have all my windows done at once. This was ok! Russ worked with my budget and I got a new patio door, kitchen window and living room window. I was concerned about how well they will block out noise since I live close to a train track. The door and windows are great at reducing noise and keeping my home cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The installers were professional and did a great, high quality and thorough job. Darko has an excellent knowledge of the way houses are constructed and how to repair them, as well as the wide variety of modern glues, caulks, paints and so forth that can be used to effect these repairs.
