"The Chicago Window Guys is a great company to have install your windows and doors. the owner Russ came out and was not aggressive or pushy like other companies. He was patient and truly listened to what me needs were. Since I have a big home I wasn't able to have all my windows done at once. This was ok! Russ worked with my budget and I got a new patio door, kitchen window and living room window. I was concerned about how well they will block out noise since I live close to a train track. The door and windows are great at reducing noise and keeping my home cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The installers were professional and did a great, high quality and thorough job. "I hired him to patch ceiling, caulk the windows, take toilet out to fix rotted wood, and install new tiles with grout. He did a few things for me that did not charge me for, but issue the grout does not look good at all. Most work was done great but my grout does not good."
