"[Member Name Removed], we pull permits on all jobs, very few companies pull permits and have clients pull permits but the homeowner is responsible to call the building inspector so they can schedule at homeowners convenience. We pride ourselves on bringing everything up to code, If something in not up to code we will absolutely bring it up to code. On the Quality Check with our team you indicated you were happy with the installation and follow up. We are the only provider in our market area that we know of that does quality inspections. At that time everything was identified up to code so we don't have any challenges with an inspector. We have had no communication from you since the installation that you are unhappy in any way up until now. A very detailed engineering analysis was completed indicating the exact size unit that your home requires saving you energy efficiencies and money. We would be happy to come out and meet with you regarding any concerns you have and or meet with your building inspector."
