After a top notch installation of a new HVAC system by Treat's a few years back, we also invest in annual preventive maintenance. Kat, the technician who provided our PM service today was excellent. She was so thorough and knowledgeable. She really checked things out completely and we have a lot of confidence in the service and attention we received. Thank you.

Even though they weren't the ones that installed our unit (insurance claim) a few years ago, they were quick to get someone out to diagnose the problem. Technician was nice and friendly and was able to quickly work out what our problem was and fix it within the same visit to get our heat back on! Will for sure use Treats for our upcoming service needs on our unit.

The technician called ahead and arrived promptly on time. He was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem quickly. He fixed the issue and we were only charged for the service call. We felt that was very reasonable and appreciative that he was able to fix the problem quickly.

Nick replaced our very antiquated and defective thermostat with our new smart one quickly and efficiently and replaced our filter and did some cleaning of the furnace. Arrived on time, was quick, professional and friendly and affordable! I can't believe we waited so long to schedule this service, SO GRATEFUL!

I'm deciding on which option to go with, but based on their responsiveness and professionalism with past maintenance, I will be pleased with the outcome.

Years ago we were told we needed a new heat Pump to the cost of $10000 and the system wasn’t even 10 years old. The main reason we had the heat pump was for AC. This year it was like heat was pouring out of the return vent in the ceiling and we had had enough. We called Treats to have them remove the heat pump. Dan came out check the whole system and let us know that the problem wasn’t the Heat Pump it was the air return that had been moved when the system was installed. All we had to do was open the old air return. And the system worked fine. I would definitely call again

Woke up Tuesday morning to a very chilly house. Contacted Treats office at 8:15. Spoke with Christie. Arranged for a service call between 9 and 12. Billy arrived as scheduled. Quickly diagnosed the problem. He took info back to the office. Quote for all the work provided later that afternoon. Part arrived on Wed. Scheduled work for Thursday. Furnace working by 10:30 on Thursday. Great working with all of the people at Treats

The technician was professional, friendly, put on shoe covers, wore a mask and took the time to explain the diagnostic process. He fixed the problem and my furnace hums like a Cadillac now!!! Great company! The charges were reasonable.

The installation of the Mitsubishi mini split HVAC system in our home went smoothly. The installer and electrician worked hard and efficiently. They were done in one day and cleaned up everything. They did excellent work. Unlike the two other companies who gave us written quotes, Treat's quote was completely itemized including PSE rebates and sales tax. We knew exactly how much the job was going to cost. When the install was complete, they both coordinated with us. The installer showed us how to use the remote control and what the buttons do to control the unit. We recommend Treat's Heating and Cooling. Al D.

Both employees were masked and wore foot coverings upon arrival. They took the time to answer all our questions and shared their knowledge about how our heat pump works most efficiently. We appreciated their courteous professionalism.

I was very impressed with the technician (Matt). The issue was not straightforward and required considerable investigation. Unfortunately for me the repairs will require dismantling the furnace and another appointment. I’m new in the area and my neighbor, who had used Treat’s for years, recommended them highly ...I now know why.

All went great. Treat's was the company that installed my furnace several years ago and is the only one I choose to call for my yearly maintenance due to their wonderful customer service, professional technicians and fair pricing. As always, the technician (Billy) arrived on time, followed all safety protocols (wore a mask) and put on shoe coverings to protect my carpets from becoming soiled. He did a thorough inspection and performed appropriate maintenance (and even replaced my filter and took the old one with him). I highly recommend Treat's.

Billy serviced our equipment. He did a great job. He was friendly, efficient, and explained everything. We were impressed. They are very professional. We will use them for our regular maintenance.

This is our second service from Treat's. They creatively found a way to replace a part that no longer is on the market for our heat pump. Had they not taken the extra effort to find this solution, we would've been in the market for a new heat pump.

Treat's did a great job. Jodie was very professional, provided several estimates and helped me pick the best for my needs. The crew showed up on time and completed the work as expected. They kept the area clean while working (it took a full day). They were quick but seemed thorough. I've had the system for about 2 months now and it's working great. I'd definitely call them again for repairs or replacement.

I had my heating/air conditioning system fan fail during the hot days of July. I called Treats of Enumclaw to come and repair the system. I told them that it was the fan that was not coming on, but everything else seemed fine. They told me that their service person would make that call for $119 + tax after his evaluation. After that labor charges would be $120/hr. I offered to send them the motor model numbers before he came, but again they insisted that they would have to come and make their evaluation first. The technician came and quickly determined that it was a bad motor and that a replacement motor would be about $1500. However, without looking any further, it was his recommendation to replace the entire system, and he could do it for about $8000. I have to say that I almost stopped listening to him at this point, but he said his office person would contact me before the end of the day with solid timing details and costs for the fan motor replacement. No one called, so I contacted the manufacturer and got the motor/controller part numbers. Local distributors were not willing to give me much information, so I typed the motor numbers into google and the exact same motor was available on Amazon for $375 and the controller for $400. Treats called back late the next day (after I left a message to cancel further service for lack of response). They said they could do the motor replacement for about $2600 (labor + parts). I told them that their help was no longer needed, and that I had ordered the parts on my own. "Oh, well we could install your parts for just under $600 and no guarantee." I did replace it myself. There was only 2 bolts holding the entire fan cage in place. It took about 15 to 20 minutes to replace the motor/controller. The system is working perfectly now. Bottom line: Treats must have planned to hang out at my house for just under 5 hours to replace a motor that they deal with everyday that took me less than 20 minutes to replace. $585/120=4.875 hours. I would assume that Treats could obtain parts at prices less than I could. So, if we assume also that Treats could get the motor/controller for $600, then they were marking up the parts by 333%. They tried to take advantage of me (gouge me). I will not call them in the future. I will happily share my experience with all who are looking for similar services. When my system was install, it was the best/top of the line. In response to this review, they have referred to my system as a “vintage system”; however, they never even looked at the entire system. I suspect that they have a catchy word for all their cusumers & systems. I would expect more from a company in business for more than 40 years.

OK - But took two trips one to troubleshoot and order part and then one to install. Total of two weeks to do the repair.

We were able to get a service appointment to meet our busy schedules. They arrived on time, were professional in their service and interaction, and answered all of my questions. we would definitely use them again.

Appointment was made next available day and repair was completed within an hour.

We are very happy with their work the price was reasonable and they fit us in very quickly, just before the heat wave hit. They completed the job in one day, the workers were very professional and the installation looks great,
