They called me within (no exaggeration) about 1 minute of my submitting a quote request to several vendors and were at my house in about 1 hour. The work was completed on the spot, and the technician took his time to explain the issues and offer good advice on refrigerator maintenance. It’s great to know that Carter Brothers is dedicated to refrigerator only service and repair. It shows!

They called, not just texted; their tech got to my place early, quickly diagnosed the problem with my freezer, and had both the tools and the spare part needed to fix it. Friendly, competent, fast; it was an overall great experience, and my only regret is that I lost a pint of ice cream due to the warming.

Noticed our refrigerator wasn't working at around 2:00 pm and figured it would be at least the next day before we could get it fixed. Carter Brothers sent Bill to our house by 4:00 the same day. He diagnosed the problem, had the parts in his truck, and had it fixed and cleaned up by 5:00. It cost a bit, but way less than a new refrigerator, not to mention the nuisance of moving refrigerators up and down our cliff of a driveway.

Awesome repair experience. We had a leaking freezer and Carter Brothers was able to send Bill to our home within a couple of hours of our call. Bill did a great job. He is a very nice, very knowledgeable and he answered all of our questions. He efficiently performed the repair. We highly recommend Carter Brothers and Bill.

It was a great job! Bill came on time, punctually. He listened patiently and checked the problem quickly. It was the water line leaking under the refrigerator which has only about 2-3 inches space. He laid down on the floor for about 1.5 hours and finally fixed the problem. Bill was so nice and explained what he did and also what the bill was. Everything was smooth. I feel comfortable because I have someone to rely on in case something happens again on my refrigerator. Definitely will recommend Carter Brothers if you have issue on your refrigerator.

Great experience all around. They responded to my quote request via Angi within a day, on a Sunday. My fridge issue wasn't urgent, but I got an appointment for the next day. Bill was great, as everyone else says. He figured out the problem just based on my explanation and a quick look at the icing-over. He was patient to answer many questions along the way, some just to satisfy my curiosity about how things work. He did a very thorough job, not only unclogging the drain tube that caused the problem but dismantling the freezer area and melting all the ice around the evaporation coil to make sure the ice won't plug the drain again. In the end he gave me good tips about how to handle the problem myself if it ever happens again.

It was one week before Thanksgiving 2022 and we had a houseful of family planning on descending on us. Unexpectedly, early in the afternoon, our 18 year old refrigerator began an oscillating groaning noise. I quickly looked through Angi for refrigerator repairs, selected Carter simply because his address was nearby, and called. I had to leave a voice mail, which, based on wide experience, I expected was a dead end. But while I was looking for another choice to call, they returned my call. Forty five minutes later, Bill was at my door and forty five minutes later, my refrigerator was repaired. Instead of facing a need to begin shopping for a new refrigerator, which was what I really expected, life was good again. It just doesn't get any better than that.

Bill from Carter Brothers was fantastic. Super knowledgeable and thorough and he actually took the time to explain to me the inner workings of my refrigerator so I knew what was going on with it. I would hire them again without hesitation. Their customer service is stellar.

Bill evaluated the problem and determined the water line was frozen He said that was a common problem with older GE refrigerators and he had a repair kit in his truck. He installed the repair kit and defrosted the water line and all was good to go !! I was very much impressed with his professionalism, explanations and willingness to answer my questions. I would highly recommend Carter Brothers to my family and friends and would used then again for any other repairs I might have in the future.

Carter Brothers Refrigerator Repair are so great to work with. Chuck called me right away and scheduled an appointment to repair my fridge within 24 hours. Billy the service provider was awesome. He was really good with my puppy, he answered all of my questions thoroughly, was fast, and I can tell he's an all around good guy. The price was fair and I'm really thankful Carter Brothers was the first place to call me back. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Our refrigerator wasn't cooling properly so we called Carter's based on the good reviews. They answered the phone quickly when I initially called. They had someone come out right away. Then they ordered the part they said maybe a week they would have the part and it would be fixed. Well after they came out for the inspection, we did not hear back for 3 weeks. I called several times and finally got a hold of them. They said the part was back ordered due to COVID and they finally came out to repair the fridge after 3 weeks of waiting. I can understand the part being back ordered but they were not proactive about letting us know about the additional wait time. Meanwhile the entire time our food is outside sitting in the garage (at least it was winter when this happened). Well it's worked fine since they came out but now it's a few months later and again it's not cooling. It was up to 54 degrees and we have had to remove all the food from the fridge! I left them a message two days ago about the issues with the fridge. I called them probably 20 times yesterday and today. They must be blocking my calls and will not answer the phone now. We need to get our fridge fixed ASAP and since the repair they did is not working now, I think they should at least answer the phone or come and take a look. We paid almost $600 for the repair!!

Showed up when they said they would. Very timely due to refrigerator was not staying cold, it was a time sensitive service request. They were here the next day and performed work to replace fan motor. Bill was very fast, friendly and efficient. The cost was very reasonable. I would highly recommend.
