Joe was very responsive right from the beginning! It was my first time working with a contractor, and he helped me understand all aspects of what was being done. Everyone that he worked with was VERY nice, respectful, and they all did great work! He had a tight timeline, but he made it all work and was very understanding as I adjusted the way I wanted certain things done and changed my mind about a few things along the way!

Overall a rewarding and very positive experience.  I was working with fixed budget which had little wiggle room.  Joe worked with me to come up with a plan that would satisfy budget requirements yet at the same time, got me the things I needed to transform the kitchen space.

The project progressed flawlessly. Joe is an excellent communicator and always updated me on the status of work completed and the schedule for upcoming work.  The project was completed on time and on budget.  It's obvious that Joe takes pride in the quality of his work.  He takes the time to explain work items that may not be so easy to understand.  The team he assembled to work on the project (plumbing/electric/tile-counter) were top notch, friendly, and reliable. 

I can't emphasize enough how happy I am with the outcome of my kitchen project.  The cabinets and quartz countertops were installed with great care and look stunning.  The tile work was equally impressive. The project has only just completed, but I am still taken aback everytime I enter my kitchen.  Joe has helped me create a space that I just love.  The result really surpassed my expectations.

I would not hesitate to work with Joe again and am already discussing future projects with him.  I guess for me what it comes down to is trust.  I have so much faith in Joe's workmanship and professional manner.  It's not easy to put down a chunk of money and grant access to your home to someone else.  It was an easy choice with Joe...I can't say enough good things about him and the level of quality in his work. 

The project took the projected 12 weeks. Everything went very smoothly. Joe got permits quickly and dealt with all the inspectors, some of them very difficult. Some inspectors required work that had nothing to do with the current project and Joe fought on my behalf to get the inspector to agree. All of Joe's subcontractors were very knowledgeable and professional. Joe protected the "rest of the house" from construction debris and was very clean throughout the project. A few unexpected surprises came up and Joe was very communicative with me to resolve them. I made a few additions during the remodel and Joe was excellent in documenting the "change order" and showing the cost before any work was done for my approval. It was a great process and I love,love my new kitchen! In the end, Joe showed me all the expenses and costs and compared them to the contract. In some instances, actual costs were below the contract estimate and Joe discounted the contract to match the actual cost.
