"Jessy took the time to answer my questions and let me know that I didn't need to be concerned about some surface cracks that had been listed in our home inspection. He also gave me some advice about which logs to look for and gave me honest advice about the cost of upgrading the gas system I have. I really appreciated his help and will be calling back if we have any future fireplace or chimney needs."

"Zach was great. He took a look at our gas line rust to do an estimate and let me know that it was actually okay. He also gave me some good tips about maintenance and what to look for if there is a problem in the future. I really appreciate how straightforward and helpful he was."

"Excellent response time, and the team were very professional. They identified and fixed the source of our leaking roof and the prices were quite reasonable. I definitely recommend Near Me Roofing Company."

"I was recommended to Hamblen & Bros from Judd & Black when I needed my new dryer installed (had to be converted from gas to propane). They went out of their way to fit me into the schedule as fast as possible. The owner also researched online to find the right conversion kit and made sure it was the correct one before doing any work. When one of the sons showed up (fitting me at the end of the day) he was super nice, professional and obviously very knowledgeable. He got the conversion done quickly and all is working great!"

"Overall, 100% Satisfaction.  Phoenix did an excellent job from start to finish.  Nick provided a quote in advance and worked with me to modify the quote as requested.  Nick coordinating permitting with the municipality and installed the system as designed with no problems at all.  I would recommend Phoenix for any new HVAC system install or remodel. Also, I obtained 4 quotes from local HVAC companies including Phoenix and they were as much as $3,000 dollars less than the highest competitive apples to apples bid.

"At every oil change they do a complete check of the vehicle and let me know about immediate and possible future issues with the vehicle. Unlike the oil change chain outlets their analysis is honest. They keep the whole place clean, the service bays included, At times when I have called or stopped in with immediate problem they either do the work at that time or find a time to work me in that or the next day.
My experience with them has been so good that my next car will be a Toyota so I can continue have them work on my cars. They also work on Volvo, BMW and Audi, but I don't want one of those.
Two things that would make it nicer.
1. Coffee for customers
2. Either a courtesy vehicle or ability to provide ride to and from when work to be performed will exceed couple of hours.
