Kevin paid attention to ensure that the replacement bricks matched the damaged ones. He also was able to cut appart undamaged bricks so that they could be reused and make the repair look as if the incident had never happenned. He protected the mortar from rain while it was drying. As an experienced 3rd generation mason, he did everything right. He was the best of 6 masons I interviewed. I would not hestitate to recommend him to others. If you're looking for an experienced and creative mason who is attentive to detail he's the best!"

They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. I did not get any warranty info with my invoice, so I called the office to ask for it and was told they would get back to me. I also told her that I was hearing a new noise from the heat pump. When I had not heard a week later, I left a message. (New noise had stopped, but still they should have responded.) When I didn't hear from them a week after that, I reached someone in the office who told me that I would receive info in an email the next day or a phone call. Still haven't gotten anything and it's been 5 weeks. Three Strikes and You are Out Black Lion! Either the office workers or the management don't care!"
