they replaced a hose clamp with 2 zip ties. the leak increased greatly. i told them a few days later and now they want to charge me $250 more to come out and fix the leak they made worse.

I installed a generator and transfer switch in my home, but ran into trouble during startup and called Washington Generators for assistance. Kurt came out and diagnosed the situation as part warranty, part installation error. My compliments to Kurt for his efforts to work with Generac in getting replacement parts as part of the switch warranty. However the replacement parts took a couple of weeks for Generac to deliver, coupled with holidays meant that I was without backup power for over a month. During this time I was trying to schedule a follow up appointment with Eric Johnson through an email chain. This review would be an A instead of a B if Eric had been forthcoming and identified himself as the owner, which he is per state records, instead of being cagey and saying he was the supervisor for generator service.

Excellent. Both installers, gas and electric, were superb. Prompt, arrived as promised, very professional, friendly, and thorough. Started at 7:30am and completed by 4pm. Set up cement pad, installed gas piping, new transfer box, etc..... showed how it’s works.

It went quite well from beginning to end. From the estimate process until project completion, everyone involved was great to work with and very professional. This has to be one of the best contractor experiences I have had in recent memory to be sure ! The install crew (Kurt and Jeremy)) were outstanding in every regard and made this experience seamless and even enjoyable.I definitely do recommend Washington Generators / Electric and intend to use them for all of my future electrical requirements.

Completed installation of a Generac 16KW Generator yesterday in Redmond, WA and can honestly advise that Washington Generators is one of the most professional companies I have had the pleasure to work with in recent years with many companies and contractors. From the very start of discussions with Eric who help guide us with which type of system to purchase, to Jeremy and Eric who performed initial installation of the generator unit and gas line hook up, to finally Zane who completed installation yesterday by installing all of the electrical and conducting a very thorough demonstration of how the unit operates during a power failure, it has been a remarkable experience. All gentlemen were very professional, considerate, and respectful at our home and property. I was impressed with their level of workmanship, cleanliness of their work area, and pride in what they do best. I would highly recommend Washington Generators as a top choice for you to use when considering which company to go to to install a back up generator at your home or business.

Technician was right on time and very professional. I had a few questions about the generator and he was able to answer all of them. Everything about the experience was excellent.
