They were very professional and thorough with all my questions. They knew I was trying to save money so they told me how to clean my other gas fireplace glass.

It took him weeks to come out in the middle of winter. He evidently only works on Camano when he has other calls on the island and it works for him. Once he arrived he didn't have a pilot light replacement on hand so he ordered it, which took another four weeks. The pilot light assembly was $190 (which looked high when I researched it) and the rest of the cost was to install and clean the fireplace.

I needed to have my gas fireplace checked out. I was very happy with their service - the fireplace is working great and it looks amazing. I will use them for my regular gas fireplace maintenance.

The service was great. Dan did an excellent job. He was very professional. In addition to working much better it looks like a brand new fireplace. I have already told several neighbors and they to plan on using their services.

Dan cleaned every inch of it, including taking the time to sand down the sides a bit and touched up the paint. He bled the lines of air and unclogged the gas line. He left the floor outside the fireplace cleaner than when he arrived! Price was exactly as quoted too!

FANTASTIC! Dan did a great job servicing our gas fireplace.He did an excellent job cleaning it and also touched up the fireplace with black spray paint...looks like new! So happy we have found a company we will use in the future. Tonya in the office was also great! Great customer service!!! They were not able to get someone out until the 22nd and I asked to be contacted if something came available sooner, which it did. Very knowledgeable about gas fireplaces. There is a lot to be said about good customer service and this company definitely has it!!! Thank you Tonya and Dan.

Very well. I called many heating service companies and R R was the only one that took the time to ask what the problem was with my gas fireplace and gave me advice over the phone until they could come out and service it. The lady on the phone was very willing to help me and was also very knowledgeable on my brand of fireplace. Their charge to come out and do a complete service was VERY reasonable compared other heating companies I contacted. I will review again after my service is performed.

The service person arrived on time to due the service and was very courteous. He went in the attic and repaired and inspected everything that needed service and came down. He also checked the air conditioning unit outside to be sure it was in good condition. He also gave us information about other services we may or may not need that other companies may try to sell us. His price was very reasonable and well below the price the inspector (we moved into a new home) told us it would cost. I mentioned that and he commented that he only charges a reasonable rate for the customer that needs to be charged. He told us of some jobs that others say need to be done that really don't need to be done, thereby saving us more money. Overall, he was great and we will definitely use Anderson Nessler again.

They did great! We had used them three years earlier to clean the second unit and replace a thermostat with a remote control unit, and we were just as happy with them then as we were this time. They called when they were running half an hour behind, which was great. We thought we needed repairs to one unit but all it needed was a really good cleaning. Very professional.

It went good. He was quick. He was clean. He answered all the questions I asked him. He was professional looking and acting too. It took about a half and hour to forty five minutes.
