"I went through like 3 other chimney groups including Chimney Sweep Masters and they all gave me conflicting information. Emerald City Chimney on the other hand was honest and thoroughly dismantled all the b******* the others tried to sell me. That’s what happens when you actual experienced workers take the lead instead of salespeople. It took a while to figure out exactly what the best approach would be, but in the end I got a job done for like $650 when the others wanted like $3000. I bought a custom fit chimney cap myself for like $200 I think and then had emerald city retrofit and install it for $450."

"Not spending too much time on this John was supposed to try fix my 81yr old uncles pellet stove gave us a used one for 600$ for temp, but couldn't use it cus it smoked got some one else to fix smoke pellet stove ran less than 48hrs then started making crazy noise and won't ignite pellets, I keep calling never get a response from John and his mom just "doesn't know" am really unhappy "

We Service and Repair GAS Fireplaces only. Apex offers full service gas fireplace repairs, upgrades, and safety inspections in Western Washington. We offer convenient online scheduling to make setting your appointment with us as easy as possible. We have nearly 20 years of experience working with Gas fireplaces, and we carry the right parts and tools with us to get the job done right. We have flat rate pricing for service calls which include all labor needed to clean, inspect, and repair your fireplace, as well as a 90-day warranty. If your fireplace is single-sided the service charge is $299 plus sales tax, and if it's see-through or multi-sided the charge is $349 plus sales tax. If you have multiple fireplaces in your home, additional fireplaces are only $199 each. These prices apply to fireplaces up to 6 feet in length, if your fireplace is larger than this, give us a call for for pricing information.
