Our 27-year-old furnace stopped working suddenly, leaving us without heat. We contacted Product Air after another company failed to show up for a scheduled service call. Product Air responded quickly. Robert diagnosed the problem as a failed motor and was able to find the part elsewhere in the country. Upon arrival of the necessary part, he worked his schedule to complete installation asap. The company was completely professional and responsive throughout the process. I highly recommend them.

Had a real good experience with them. On time, explained what was going on. Very impressed!

The entire process worked well. We wanted several choices so I could figure out which made most sense for us, who plan to stay in the house for many years. Eli gave us five options, and we selected one that was eligible for a tax credit. I asked if I could do the electrical work and he took some off the bid. The bid was competitive with other companies, but the respectful attention to detail and well written bid impressed us. The install also went well. They removed the gas furnace and air conditioner, replacing with a heat pump that works down to -13F. That all went well except for some minor electrical issues, but they worked with us and quickly resolved it and the electrical inspection was perfect. The installers were polite, attentive, and worked hard. Eli brother Robert answered many questions and helped us with the thermostat, even adding a bonus feature and visiting us immediately to answer more questions about it. Robert wanted to resolve any issues ASAP.

Good quality of work. Fast installation, take them 10 hours to install full system, one unit outside and 4 units inside of the house. End of the day system was operating.

Eli, Robert, and Dennis delivered exceptional service and outshined all other competitors in terms of pricing for the installation of a newly ducted Mitsubishi Heat Pump system in our home. They completed the entire house installation in just 2 days. Their work was efficient, tidy, and executed flawlessly. I'm highly impressed and will definitely hire them again for future projects, including installing a 26kw home generator and the second Misubishi heat pump system for our upcoming upstairs addition. Highly recommended!
