Jeff and his crew are the best in the business! He communicates everything very well, came super fast, very reasonable prices. I've hired Jeff for plumbing work at my home and heating work at my business. He truly knows the heating/air and plumbing and I'd consider him to be an expert. I appreciate him so much and will continue to call him for anything I need in the future.

We met Jeff Neil during a remodel, and were so impressed we have continued to hire him over 8 years! Jeff has both installed and repaired plumbing in our 30 year old home. He is honest, clearly explains what is needed, provides options, does quality work and backs it up. Good plumbing is not cheap so we find Resolute to be a good value because we know it will be done right.

He was always on time, and on budget, if there was a change it was described and discussed, his crew is knowledgeable and treat homes very well. Will always be my plumber, and HVAC.

I have been a general contractor for over 40 years and I have used Resolute Plumbing and Heating exclusively for the last 10 to 15 years. They have done commercial and residential projects for us handling all of our plumbing and gas piping needs. I’ve used Jeff for many different projects over the years. From busted drain pipes, kitchen remodeling, and maintenance. Jeff has always been fair on the price and does an outstanding job.

Jeff is amazing, transparent, thorough, and polite. Would 100% recommend him without hesitation. We had a different HVAC company out for the same issue. Their technician was here for ~4 hours, had little experience with boilers, and walked away quoting us $800 (in addition to the $150 it costs for the diagnostic) to replace a part he was "fairly certain" was the problem. Since that visit did not fill us with confidence, we looked for other companies and found Jeff and Resolute Plumbing and Heating here on Homeadvisor. Thank goodness we did!! From the first contact with him on the phone he was open about his thoughts on what might/might not be causing the problem. Clear about pricing, and very accommodating in scheduling. On the day of the appointment he was here for about 2 hours, much of that time he spent educating me about our system, and left having solved the problem with a simple repair he did on-site, not replacing the entire part. He was friendly, straightforward and a thoroughly enjoyable person to have around that entire time. His time and expertise to SOLVE the issue cost us less than what we paid the other company just to do a somewhat uncertain diagnostic. Thank you Jeff! You are our new go-to, and we are so grateful for your time and skill.

In the service industry its hard to find somebody who will give you a fair price and hard work. Jeff replaced my main sewer line at a reasonable price in a very reasonable time. He even made sure to make my lawn look nice after the job was done. I am thoroughly impressed with his honesty and craftsmanship and would use his services again any time.

Fast response at a reasonable rate. Had an issue that couldn't wait at a rental house. I was having no luck finding a company that could respond so tenants didn't have to be relocated due to service failure. Resolute stepped in and handled the problem, immediately clearing the back-up and then scheduling the repairs for the next day.

Excellent works and appointment setup. He a bit expensive for the work done. I will hire again though.

Great experience with this project. Friendly, knowledgeable, competent tradesmen. Had them extend gas piping from my utility room to my laundry room, works great! Now my clothes dry faster than they wash.

We have worked with Jeff on several occasions as we have owned two older houses that have been in need of plumbing updates and repairs. We continue to call him because of the excellent work that he does, fantastic customer service and reasonable rates. He is very knowledgeable and always willing to explain the problem or what he is doing. We recommend him to anyone we know in need of a plumber.

Without warning, all toilets in the house were plugged. Needless to say, this was an emergency. Jeff Neil called immediately after we put our problem out there on Home Adviser. He came over quickly, tried to snake the lines but something was blocking. After sending a camera down the line he discovered the problem: we had a root ball in our sewage line 60' from the house. Without hesitation, Jeff Neil came up with a plan to fix it. It required digging a 6 foot deep hole 4 feet wide and 4 feet long to get at the problem area. Luckily, they were able to get the root ball out, put on a new cap, fill the hole, and re-sod the front lawn. I was totally impressed with the professionalism, confidence, and competence of these guys. And man did they work hard. Oh, and the price was less than I thought. Thanks Jeff and John for all your hard work and getting us back to normal. I'd recommend you to anyone and will call the next time we need any plumbing or heating work.

Jeff responded the same day I inquired which seems to be rare this day and age. Our project was to replace our bathtub. We ended up replacing the tub, toilet, subfloor & exterior wall. Jeff is fair with his pricing, and the work he does is second to none. Jeff is a master of his trade, and then some! He takes pride in his work, and it definitely shows. Jeff believes in the importance of doing things right versus first. As well as being a master of the trade, Jeff is friendly, courteous and falls into the category of good people. He definitely impressed us. Jeff is our go to guy from now on.

Jeff responded to my call quickly. He was able to come by the next day and had all the parts he needed with him. He was quick, but spent time making sure his suggested repairs would do the job. They did! Jeff is friendly and very professional. His business card is now in my "call again" file.

Working with Jeff has been a terrific experience. He is honest, informative, responsive, prompt, and provided great value for the money we spent. I don't know what more you could ask for from a company - Jeff has provided all of it and more. We have more plumbing projects that need to be done and Resolute Plumbing will be handling all of them.

A good professional well done job.

Just had a couple of plumbing fixes and questions. Jeff came to look over what was needed and give an estimate, he had time that afternoon to complete the repairs. He answered all my questions and offered information on "plumbing dynamics" that will help us keep the drains flowing in the future. Prompt, courteous and professional and the job done right with quality parts, not quick and cheap.

Jeff responded right away to my request. He fixed what I requested me to fix. Jeff was friendly and courteous and thoughtful. He explained what he was doing and why.

I needed immediate help. Jeff provided excellent service the next day. We discussed the project and he did the work rerouting some tub plumbing and instaledl a new one. It is much better than whoever installed the original tub. He also installed a new shower pan, insisting that we put a mortar bed under it. It is really rock solid. We also did a new shower valve and he really helped by explaining the advantages of the type we installed. Jeff is a great plumber and I will hire him again.
