Raphael arrived, walked me through the maintenance steps he planned to take and the sequencing of the job, gave me an anticipated time to complete, and was at work immediately. All stated deliverables were met, and he provided a thorough after service report complete with pictures to show the work that was done and the recommended additional maintenance that would be wise to do to extend the life of our equipment. There was a problem with the electronics in the thermostat from the factory, they worked late and had to bring a new thermostat the next day, but the new one works perfectly. We will hire again for any other HVAC needs. We chose a higher quality AC unit and are glad we went with a quieter model, the unit is so quiet in the backyard."
