Had them come out to tune up my Mitsubishi mini-split that was not working as well as it should. Showed up on time, took care of the job for a great price, and now it works great! I would recommend them to anyone.

We just had a new furnace and heat pump installed by Best Heat & Air. Jayme was awesome to work with — super friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything to us without any pressure. The installation went smoothly, and his team was professional, and respectful of our home. Everything works great, and we’re already noticing how much more comfortable the house feels. I have an older heat pump that was struggling to keep my place cool and they came out and figured out it was just low on coolant and recharged it and now it works great! They were honest and didn't try and sell new a new one when my old one was fixable! Very nice people.

I had a mini split installed in my older home, I was unsure if it would be compatible. Jayme and his team assured me the installation would not be an issue.
