A family Friend came through and did a service on our two furnaces in the house. They were easy to schedule with and showed up on time. They did a great job cleaning the furnace and even found and fixed a tiny leak at no extra charge. What I appreciated was no upsell and the pricing was transparent. The raw price of the materials / parts and the prices for labor and margin were all clear on their bid. I didn't have to wonder about the parts, having hidden profits lumped in with parts, etc. They're a small shop (I'm hoping they grow a ton, as they deserve it) but they explained to me how they started their own HVAC business because they were tired of huge premiums lots of the larger shops were charging for no value added. Highly recommend them!

My blower motor had gone out in our house during the summer. We didn't have a hvac company. So I found this company on the app Next-door. Did some research and loved the reviews. I sent them a message and within a short time I received a call back. They set up an appt very quickly. They explained to me that my blower motor model was no longer being made, and that they were going to have to search for something that had the same powerful but would work with my system. They did install a motor that wasn't as powerful in the meantime until they could get me one that would work best. It took a couple weeks but they kept calling me letting me know how it was going and when they did find one and when it would be able to be installed. In the mean time I did have them back out to clean and inspect the whole system since we had never had that done in the 10 years we lived there. They throughly inspected and cleaned the system. They were always so professional and very nice even to my dogs who wanted to bark at them. I have recommended them to all my family and friends. We no longer live in Colorado but if we did, this would be the only hvac company that I would call. They were also very transparent with all their pricing and I trusted them.

Absolutely awesome company! We asked them to come out to get a second opinion on furnace, and they took the time to schedule a quick appointment; took the time to inspect the furnace; and took the time to explain the results! Very friendly and helpful. We will use them again for all our HVAC needs!
