The only reason I gave them a 4.5 because I never knew their intended work schedule and was given a 3 day window with them leaving at noon without telling me if they were coming back after lunch. I didn't realize they were letting the tile set and the grout dry. I would have just liked the heads up for that, otherwise their craftmanship was spot on and their tile work was fantastic in the bathroom.
