He came right out and from the minute he stepped out of his truck I felt he was someone I could not only work with but trust and he did not disappoint. We started this project due to a leak in my living in the first part of November 2024 the weeks that followed we had nothing but rain, but Richard kept a close eye on the weather, and on the first 3-day opening he was ready to get the job done. I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."
