"BEYOND EXCELLENT!! Use them!! I have owned older homes in four states (VA, FL, IN and now WA) over the last 35 years and this is the absolutely most wonderful experience I have ever had in dealing with a construction contractor. We are new to Spokane and were nervous about finding a reputable contractor when our roof became damaged due to hail and roofers were in high demand. Big Dog owner Patrick Vedder and all members of the team(s) he utilized to tear off our roof and replace it were professional, respectful, responsive and took care to tend the finest of detail. For a most reasonable price that was quickly accepted by our insurance company, they used the highest quality 30+ year GAF shingles and provided added trim protections to the edge of the roof that nobody else in our neighborhood has! Even on the shed!! Patrick is an honest, transparent and ethical company owner. He worked immediately with our insurance adjuster to get a quote in, get approved and get the job done quickly in late fall before heavy rains set in. Clearly, we could not be happier. We will recommend Big Dog to everyone we know and will definitely use them for future housing improvements and renovations.show more

"Patric and his team reroofed my house. They were very knowledgeable when it came giving me options and letting me know the differences and with installation of the new roof. When they removed my old roof then noticed I had a few pieces of broken plywood which they easily and quickly replaced with a change order. They added kick out flashing which wasn’t there before which is what is needs when a roof ends on the side of wall. I would hire them again. show more

"During the inspection and bidding process Manuel Hernandez was very clear in explaining the process of what and how the work would be done and the standards that they were going to meet during the large roofing project. Tom Galloway was also very pleasant to work with over the phone. A very nice guy to deal with and also very clear and concise in his explanations of options and company ethics and standards to be provided.
