RROC is easy to work with, owner Matt Krom did a great job explaining the the GAF product. They worked with me on job start date. The crew was here as advertised. The job required a complete tear off to the rafters. The crew worked hard and did a great job of cleaning up every day. We are very happy with our new roof and would recommend this company.

RROC removed the old siding at our house, made necessary repairs, and then installed new cement board siding on the whole house. The workmanship is great and they were easy to work with. We had a glitch with a window installation, and Matt, the owner took care of it very efficiently.

I had my roof replaced this fall and was very pleased. David G. was my salesperson and he did a great job of explaining the warranty, quality and helped me feel confident in choosing RROC. The install crew was here on time and did an exceptional job. I'm 5 star happy with RROC! Thank you !

Like all homeowners I did my 3 quote diligence to make sure I was getting the best bang for my buck. Interestingly enough, RROC was the only company that showed initiative to win my business. The other companies bids were equal in cost but for less quality/warranty or they just never showed up to do the bid. RROC Exteriors -specifically the owner Matt impressed me in so many ways! His approach to customer service is exactly what we all should want in a contractor- direct, caring and compassionate (no sugar coating fluff or hidden things in bids), top notch quality products offered, extensive explanation about the products and a follow-up that shows that he cares about the homeowner and the credibility of his company! When the crew came out to do the roof, they were punctual, respectful and very hard working! Even the office staff was respectful and helpful with changes to our start date (due to tsunami warnings here at the beach where I live). I absolutely would recommend that you give RROC Exteriors a chance to show you what it really looks like to take care of clients!

Matt was awesome. His crew were very professional. We interviewed a lot of roofing companies and many of them were telling us what we needed or didn't need. Matt showed us what we needed and gave us the options. RROC Exteriors gave us the piece of mind that our new roof will be problem free for a long time. It was also apparent that Matt cared more about our needs than the larger companies who were caring more about their metrics. I recommend Matt and his team 110%. You will be glad you trusted RROC exteriors like we are!

Excellent workmanship and customer service. Will use them again should we decide to replace siding or windows. James, Matt, and Nikkie were very professional and personable. I believe in hiring "local", so I will pass along their contact information to all of my friends and neighbors.

Re-sided the entire house. It was a big investment but I did my research and knew what I wanted. Matt the owner was awesome from the beginning. He always got back to me right away, answered my questions, did what I wanted but guided me too. We replaced front & back doors, replaced some old windows, wrapped the porch columns, used shingles and plank siding, painted it all and it is just gorgeous! I'm very happy. My almost 100 year old house looks new, but better than new! They used good paint and here's a tip: get advice from an expert about the color scheme. Miller paint has a colorist who will come to your house and it's essential, if you're not sure about color. Husband and I thought about moving, but the market is just ridiculous. We refinanced, got equity back, and made our old house new. RROC did just an excellent job. I recommend them without hesitation. It's hard to know who to trust, but I'm glad we trusted them. We had some moments of frustration but we made decisions together and the end result is just beautiful.

Work was neatly and quickly done. We were upset when a few days later a leak occurred in the same spot as before. However, when notified, the owner himself inspected and found the roof was not the source, but rather, a loose elbow on a vent pipe, which he tightened for no extra charge. We couldn't have had better service, and the roof looks great.

This was a small job to remove existing and install new siding on one second-story exterior wall above an attached garage. James, the person who arrived at my home to initially measure and quote the job was pleasant and not too sales-y. He claimed that the company could complete the job sooner than others in the area by a couple weeks. This was the first quote I obtained and an incentive was offered if I accepted the quote and provided payment that day and pursued no other quotes. I was contacted by Matt after a few weeks from there forward regarding the job. Conversations with Matt were brief, to the point, and accurate, which was appreciated. He answered any questions I had. The delivery of materials occurred with no advance notice. Luckily someone was home to remove obstacles when the driver arrived. The delivery occurred nearly a week outside the quoted completion window, however. The crew arrived a couple days later, when Matt said they would. The replacement siding, trim, and weather sealing work appears to be of good quality. However, I found issues with the cleanup...specifically, debris left on the property. The workers used a leaf blower in an attempt to clean up the work area and blew detritus all over the driveway, porch, and front/back yard. From there, the larger pieces were picked up, but some construction debris 2" in diameter or less were left, with much of it blown into the grass. I also found nearly a dozen nails that were missed, with several in the driveway or around walkways. There were two brooms and a large trash cart accessible to aid with cleanup, so the choice to blow debris into the grass is confusing. Worse, I parked a vehicle away from the work area as suggested, but found shingle gravels, siding debris, and paint all over the rear half of it. Lastly, the a portion of the gutter is damaged (concave) where the workers' ladder was resting between gutter nails. I"d have rated five stars if not for the cleanup issues, minor gutter damage, and unannounced materials delivery. Recommended.

Very easy company to work with, would hire them again. The crew came around eight in the morning and finished our roof that day. Our roof looks great and they cleaned up like they were never here. Veery good company.

Our experience was excellent. Professional service and quality work. We needed siding work done and RROC was happy to do the job that others didn’t want to do. Other companies wanted to redo our entire house. We only needed a portion of siding done. We are grateful to have found them. .

We had five estimates on our roof. The existing roof we had done ourselves 25 years ago and we had no interest in doing it again! It was a big roof! RROC's estimate was not the cheapest nor the most expensive. We went with RROC because we liked the thorough way the estimate was explained to us so we knew exactly what we were getting for our money. We liked the quality of the materials, the 50 year guarantee of the materials and labor, and the extremely quick service in getting our roof completed. After the roof was done, we had two small concerns and Matt came out and checked things out. We felt that Matt was honest with us and will refer his company to others.

Matt came out to give an estimate when no other company would because my job was to small to mess with. Matt was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely hire him for any of my projects!
