"I called to set up a service appointment as the company I normally deal with was non-responsive over two full days. Claudia set me up for a service call on July 7 but called me back to say that a technician would be available within 45 minutes of her call. The technician, Robert, arrived within that time span and did diagnostic checks and made sure everything was working properly before he left. "Before the pandemic, we got our estimates for a full HVAC system (AC/Furnace/Air filtration/Thermostat) and Generator from Washington Energy Services. Then the pandemic happened which caused supply chain issues that hindered us from obtaining the products and equipment we wanted. Charles, our sales representative, gave us his word that he would do everything in his power to make sure we got the system we preferred, and he made it happen! Charles went above and beyond to meet our needs and preferences. He brought us the absolute best installers in the business. Roman, Pavel and his assistant, who were in charge of the HVAC system, along with Daniel and his assistant, who installed the Generator. They all did an amazing job planning, organizing and implementing a super quality, white glove installation, along with some added customization which was simply genius. "We had a Coleman furnace system put into our second home (which is barely used) during its build back in 2010. Over the past three years we have had issues with it stopping during the winter resulting in damages caused by snow sliding down roof taking gutters with it once unit was repaired by another company. I say this because upon calling Kliemann brothers we were told they do not go out that far, even after telling them they installed it. This past Feburary we had yet another shut down in the unit causing more damages and resulting in needing a new system. This was determined because it was found that during the install Kliemann did not use the correct oriffices to convert propane causing build up that over time destroyed the heat exchanger and burners. I contacted the owner Herb in March, he apologized for the poor workmanship and stated that the system should have lasted 15-20 years and that he would compensate us the difference. I have tried several times to contact him but he refuses to converse so to date Herb has not followed through with his promise. Having said this I would give them a poor rating and beware of their workmanship and lack of support after install.

"<p>The sales representative, at the Kent office, showed me different examples of the doors that could be provided. Based on my desire to have the least expensive doors, the Wayne Dalton model 9100 was recommended and agreed upon. I did add windows with a grid to each door.</p>
<p>I did not have to replace the garage door openers as the ones I had were sufficiently modern that they will stop closing and open if encountering an obstacle during closure.</p>
<p>The sales representative visited my house and measured my door openings to ensure the ordered doors would fit.</p>
<p>On the agreed day, the installer arrived about 8 am. He completed the installation about 11 am and loaded the old doors and tracks to take away. Installation included attaching the existing openers to the new doors and minor adjustments to the closure settings.</p>
<p>The installer noted one window was cracked and stated he would notify the dispatcher.</p>
<p>About one week later the replacement glass was quickly installed.</p>
<p>I also needed a second visit by an installer as I originally did not want the vinyl trim installed, but several days after the door installation I changed my mind. The company accommodated me by installing the vinyl trim at no charge for the second visit.</p>
<p>I wanted the windows in the doors to improve the street view of the house, but found that I also enjoyed having some light thru the windows inside the garage, a benefit I had not anticipated.\</p>
<p>The other benefit I had not anticipated is that the new doors are much easier to lift open by hand in case the electrical power goes out, which happens every year once or twice.</p>
