We had a large water leak in our line between the meter and our house. A locator had to come out to find it. We were losing approximately 1 1/2 gallons a minute. As soon as the locator showed us the approximate location, we knew that we needed to have a tree removed to be able to dig up and fix the leak. Sunrise Landscaping came out and did a great job! I thought that they were only going to remove the tree and locate the leak but to my surprise, they were also able to repair the line!! They did an awesome job and were very professional! The leak was about two feet down and two feet in under our driveway. Not an easy fix and they did it without cutting our concrete. I highly recommend Sunrise!

I can’t say enough about how wonderful it was to work with Heath and his crew. They took my completely awful backyard and turned it into an amazing place that I never want to leave. Heath followed through with everything we talked about and more. He has an eye for landscape design and the skill to hire people who know how to install both hardscape and plant material. He has all the equipment needed to do most anything and keeps it well-maintained. Plus he’s got some great stories to share. I would hire him again in an instant. Services included irrigation system, paver patio and path, land contouring with a bulldozer, dry stream bed, sod lawn, planting and barking flower beds.

The job turned out terrible. Screws protrude from my fence, crawl space openings collapsed, buried my awning posts so they will now rot, pavers were build up instead of digging out the ground and laying them like what was discussed. This place is terrible. He claims I was difficult because I could not talk to him when I was at work... what he doesn’t tell you is I took 7 vacation days to see the job through and the day the job was supposed to start and my leave stared... guess what... oh delays... hmmm this went on the entire time I was on leave! Then when I go back to work (and yes I cannot bring my phone where I work) he starts his half *** job.

Received estimate from Brandon and told work could be done in two weeks. Contacted that I wanted the work done over 10 days ago and haven’t heard back. Unfortunately while waiting for this companies reply, the time frame has past for the project to be completed before an up coming event. Didn’t expect this type of customer service with the previous reviews.

Very well. Some babying was required to turn brown spots on turf installed on day 2 to green and one edge was not underlined with new top soil for a patch about 5 feet long and 4" or less wide but otherwise finished result, now 6 weeks old looks great ... almost perfect. Crew was efficient, friendly, and put unused portion of sod I paid for in my backyard where I was able to get some use of it.

I contacted Sunrise Landscaping & Tree Removal to get an estimate for both yard maintenance and tree removal. the wait time for someone to do the estimate was about 10 days which is fine, I am not in a hurry. The problem is that they never showed up for the appointment and never contacted me as to why they were canceling. I left a message on their voicemail system to ask what happened and never got a call back. I called a few more times and was eventually able to get a hold of someone. The individual apologised for missing the appointment and agreed to set up another appointment time. The day of the 2nd appointment he called back and told me he would have to reschedule. I am not sure why I agreed to it but I allowed them to schedule a 3rd appointment. When he didn't show up i contacted them again to confirm the time. I was told the time was later the same day and they didn't show up at that time either. I went to the office to see if i could work something out and was given another distant date for them to just get the estimate done. I walked out frustrated.

2 man team. Well organized and equipped with the appropriate tools. They worked safely, very neat and fast. They cleaned after themselves. My yard looked great. I enjoy all the extra sun light now that those limbs are gone. A job done well. Thank you!

James our contact person came out to inspect the damage and told me exactly what he wanted to do. James ordered in a large crane and dispatched his crew, within 2 hours they were working on removing the tree. I was told they would be back at a later date to do the clean-up and it was 2 days later they were there cleaning up. What an outstanding crew.

I called Sunrise to ask for their ability to remove a fallen tree that fell onto our house. Since there were many fallen trees that day, the owner came to our house to see the damage and said the tree service couldn't come until after dark, but they could remove the tree even in the dark. They arrived with a huge truck, spot lights and canister from which a person with a spotlight helment proceeded to cut the tree down from top to trunk. The debris was thrown in a heap and when the work was done, a second truck came to grind it all up. The next morning, there was no debris left. All was clean and tidy. What a professional job Sunrise tree service did. We are very grateful for the excellence they did in removing what could have been a very dangerous situation.

The project was completed in a professional and timely manner. There was an initial meeting to review the project plan. Cost estimates were detailed and included a few different options. The project started and ended on time. The work crew was punctual, thorough and professional, from the work performed to the clean-up at the end. They even took extra precautions against rain when the walkway was poured. We are very happy with the results and look forward to enjoying our new backyard.

These guys are outstanding! They showed up on time, and took out 3 trees and some shrubs and bushes in about 15 minutes. I can't see any leftover stumps, they cleaned everything up and were a pleasure to work with. James, the lead communicated before and during really well. The price was AWESOME to boot! I literally couldn't be happier! Such an awesome experience from beginning to end. I can't wait to have them back next spring to help with our back yard. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Sunrise was able to schedule first project that fit my schedule. The cost, with Angie's 10% discount, was approximately only $500 over what it would have cost me for the Mutual Material product and other materials. My original intent was to remove railroad ties and install new wall myself.
Based on the professionalism of Felipe and his crew and the awesome results of the wall install, I asked Matt for a quote for sod and irrigation install. Matt was very flexible with that scheduling as I was dispatched to a wildland fire. Again, Felipe and crew did superior work with site preparation and sod / irrigation system install. Given the relatively minor scope for the projects and associated costs, I felt that my project was given the same amount of quality, attention to detail and professionalism that large projects demand.
Finally, quoting a neighbor: "The crews worked like a well-oiled machine - no wasted motion or idle time!" I totally, agree! My heartfelt appreciation goes to Felipe / all crew members and Sunrise personnel who managed the billings.
Without any reservations, I recommend Sunrise Landscaping & Tree Removal LLC for landscape projects.
