"Stuart and his crew were able to move my start date up a few days which was fine with my schedule and the pending weather forecast. Honestly, our home was long over due for painting: faded and dirty trim, peeling paint, and the numerous weathered  and peeling wood-wrapped windows. My husband and I  highly recommend Summit Painting for numerous reasons to follow. We have been homeowners for 30 years and own rental homes as well, so we can compare Summit Painting to other companies we used in the past.

To begin, we appreciated Stuart introducing his work crew to his personally and explaining the process they would use to start and complete our job. They spent almost one day prepping our home by sanding, scraping, and priming certain areas and probably the most time consuming, but important step in the process.  As the work crew moved methodically from one side of the house to another, we were kept in the loop of their plan to include problem areas that needed additional primer and/or paint. They took it upon themselves to fix little things like a gutter or two because it was the right thing to do from their perspective at no additional cost to us.

Donnie, Jacob, and Greg, Summit's work crew, were phenomenal. They arrived every day between 7:30-8:00 AM and once they started, they only stopped for lunch. They took pride in their work because the lead, Jacob, would inspect every step and have them redo anything that "wasn't right."  They were also clean and tidy and always left at the end of the day with everything put away; at the end of each day,  we could hardly tell they were in our yard.  We also had neighbors mention to us how quiet and tidy they were while working.  Most importantly, if we questioned any part of their process that we felt needed re-painting, reworked, or asked a question, any of the workers stopped what they were doing and responded to us respectfully. They, too, were friendly and well-mannered.

To conclude, we highly recommend Summit Painting for any exterior painting work and we plan to have them return in the future to paint our interior for the reasons aforementioned. We definitely feel we received the "Nordstrom treatment" if you will and now have a "new" home with huge thanks to Summit Painting.
