Same came out right away when I called, and booked time to install my giant fence 5 months ahead of the other bidder. He and his partner worked extremely hard, here six days per week, to get the job done beautifully. My daughter said "I've never seen a gate latch that actually works how it's supposed to!"

Sam was great to work with! He was very patient with us (we changed designs on him a few times) and he was great in offering up alternatives/ideas. He showed up on time. Completed the job when he said they’d be done and left us with a great looking new gate for our backyard which makes our dog extremely happy! Would recommend him for any project! Great to work with!

Sam replaced a large section of a 27 year old fence, two gates, and a rotting fence post. He also hauled away the old fencing. Sam completed the work very quickly and cleaned up everything before he left. I am very pleased with the new fence and gates! He delivered everything on time and just as he promised. I would not hesitate to recommend Sams Construction Club. We had Sam tear down, rebuild, and stain about 160â of modified panel cedar fence. His was the low bid (out of 4 bids obtained), but that was not the main reason we went with him. I had seen his work elsewhere in our neighborhood and those neighbors had nothing but good to say about Samâ s work ethic and diligence getting the job done. Also, he responded immediately to questions I bombed him with as we evaluated the bids. Once on site he was in constant motion, steady pace, head down and focused, even working through an absolute downpour at one point. Sam is not very chatty, but he will stop and answer any questions politely and respectfully. Itâ s clear he is there to work and get the job done. He seems like a wonderful young entrepreneur working hard to build a business and a future.
