"Bryan Rodriguez, the owner of Nord Fence, undertook the installation of a covered patio at my property. I am writing to confirm that Bryan and his team failed to execute this job by industry standards and best practices. The company improperly attached a covered terrace to my existing roof. After several expert roofing assessments, it has been determined that their work did not comply with established roofing codes and regulations. Consequently, my entire roof now requires replacement due to the structural integrity being jeopardized by condensation and water damage resulting from the negligent installation. Furthermore, the actions of this company have compromised the integrity of my metal roof, which may expose them to potential liability for damages incurred. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter amicably, Bryan has been unaccountable and has not followed through on any communications. I am deeply concerned about the financial implications of these repair costs and disheartened that a company would engage in such practices that exploit consumers. Given the circumstances, I am considering further legal action to address these grievances and seek appropriate remedies."

"Ramiro and his team offered a fair priced and they were extremely hard working. They installed 180 feet of Black Galvanized Chain link fencing and three gates across our back yard and tied it in with our existing side yard privacy fencing. We love it. The team came when they said they would come, and worked until the job was done. Took over two days as the fence post concrete needed to sets once emplaced. It is exactly how we envisioned it would look. He quoted almost $3000 less (before tax) than another company and did more work. The other company actually wanted us to clear the growth before they put the fence up. Ramiro cleared it for us at no extra charge. In addition, he fixed our side fence gate lock and added an extra part to the wood fence so the little dog couldn't squeeze out. If we texted Ramiro he answered within minutes. That is the kind of service you expect and want. I will be contacting Nice View Fence with any repairs or replacements of the preexisting fence or deck. A definite highly recommend."

He was at my home to quote the work within a day of contacting him. I had the quote in hand next morning and he was ready to do work immediately. His price was fair and he split the invoice with neighbors literally within minutes of me asking. Very happy with the work and the experience overall."

"He did an amazingly wonderful job. I would recommend him in a heartbeat. The railings that he designed and fabricated are beautiful. There is not a single rough spot or obvious weld mark on any of them. He recommended steel with a powder coat and they are perfect. He was always on time, he always notified me before he came to my house, he is a true professional all the way through. I couldn’t be more happy!"

"I hired N2S to create a railing with specific parameters including a brushed finish for grip and a custom color to match other features of the home. What they brought me was a mess. The welds were cold, egregious grinding marks, weld spatter about, no textured finish and a spray rattle can finish, so much that merely brushing against it was enough to scratch it off. When I asked for the color code, name/supplier for touch up purposes he assured me he (w)could provide-nothing. I complained, Alan retrieved the rail and made a second attempt. No better; the color was closer to what I originally asked for, but still no texture, the finish is still a rattle can spray paint, w/no proof of source, cold welds and even worse grinding pits. He charged me $1300 for $80 worth of metal, an $8 can of spray paint, for a product that -in my opinion- is not safe and certainly NOT indicative of 25 years tenured experience they claim. I have dozens of photos and the second rail as evidence."
