"We worked with Anyvision to do two bathroom remodels. We basically wanted full remodels with new tiles, fixtures, and finishing. From beginning to end, we had a great experience with Alex and the Anyvision team. Alex was always so responsive and communicative to our inquiries, answered all of our questions, and super helpful in offering advice and feedback when we needed it. We had a bit of trouble finding the right shower door for one of the bathrooms and Alex helped us shop and try to find the right door for our space. It was tedious and challenging but Alex was always so helpful and supportive the whole time. He always brought a great positive attitude to the entire experience. I had a vague vision of what I wanted and Matthew from Rainier Ridge made it a reality. I have nothing bad to say about the outcome or the overall experience. "Modernized Exteriors seem to have built a decent deck for a decent price but in a somewhat sloppy and dishonest way. First, they left hundreds of pieces of debris including over 100 nails, screws, and other fasteners, and hundreds of pieces of the old deck lying around, including some pieces over six feet long, many with embedded nails sticking out. For months, nearly every time my daughters went out to play they came back with a handful of nails and screws. Second, the old deck had a notch through which the gutter downspout passed to reach the drain in the ground. Instead of cutting a notch for the downspout, they just tossed it behind a bush allowing the gutter to empty directly onto the deck. They promised a 12-month warranty, saying they'd come out to correct any defects. When I mentioned the disconnected gutter they initially said they'd fix it, but then ignored my follow-up messages when I asked them to actually do it. So they may not honor their promises."
