He quoted an additional $250 for cleaning on top of the $99 visit fee, which I had no option but to agree, then failed to fix the issue and recommended replacing the entire assembly. The lack of respect shown toward me as a customer, combined with the use of wrong tools and failure to complete the repair, made this experience not one I would recommend to others."
