Vitalii is super knowledgeable, professional, courteous and reliable! He quickly diagnosed our dryer issue. Fortunately had the parts on-hand, so he was able to service it immediately! Never needed appliance servicing before, and this was an all around pleasant experience! Definitely giving them a call if we need them in the future again.

Ivan quickly diagnosed the issue, quoted a reasonable price, acquired the part the next day and scheduled the fix for the following day. I first contacted Bold & Short on Wednesday and the washing machine was fixed by Friday.

Ivan was super professional and patient. They showed up the same day, and took about two hours to properly install our 3 year old dishwasher after a total kitchen renovation. He was able to install the dishwasher, diagnose and repair a leaking line, find another leak in the air gap that an apprentice plumber had made, house all the electrical in a junction box since the wires were dangling from the bottom, and make many, many, many small adjustments to ensure the dishwasher looked good and was functioning properly. I've already messaged them to install my new fridge as well. There is a slight language barrier, but we figured it out in the end with beautiful results. Couldn't be happier!

A number of the digital buttons on my oven had started to work only inconsistently. Bold and Short responded immediately when I posted the job and came out to do an estimate. The price was reasonable so we decided to move forward. When Vitalii came again he had a new part to try. He installed it but the oven still didn't work. He reassured us that he would still be able to fix it for the original quoted cost, but had to get an entire new panel from the manufacturer. He returned a few days later, installed the new panel and additionally fixed a piece of rubber gasket that had come lose from around the oven window for no additional charge. Very happy with the service, the price and his work!

My ~ 20 year old Maytag clothes dryer moved some grey felt near the drum to just inside the drum. Called Bold & Short to have them look at it. They did that and more, giving the mechanical part a thorough inspection. The belt was frayed and one of the pully wheels was not fastened, but had not moved out of position. They had to order parts (old dryer). The parts came in in 2 days and they came out to install them that day and fix the felt problem. I am a happy camper. When my refrigerator, clothes washer or dishwasher have problems I'll definitely call them.
