We needed a new lighting fixture installed on a 17ft tall ceiling. A lot of places either turn us down or quoted very high price for it. Para Home was able to consult us and schedule a time quickly, with very reasonable price. Our technician Colton arrived on time, helped us put together the light (which has one of the most confusing instruction) and installed it perfectly. We appreciate all the effort and help, not to mention the whole time the team is professional and kind. We know we are going to use them for a couple of other projects in the future!

Installed and mounted a 77 inch flatscreen TV on tile. Arrived on time. Took 2 hours. $400. Had all the right tools. Good service. Highly recommend.

Had them assemble a gazebo from Wayfair. First estimate was $699, I ok'd it and scheduled. I received an email stating they drastically underbi d the job and had to do it for appx $2500 (Depending on time). I still sa id ok. They also pushed it out 2 weeks saying they needed 3 guys. They showed up with 2 guys and did a nice professional job in about 7 hours. Then billed me $2K. , after I pointed out the time spent they dropped it to $1500, which seemed very fair. The gazebo looks great.

The technicians for my Para Home Services were professional, thorough, and efficient. We did a walk through of the home where I could express concerns for them to look into. Within one visit general cleaning and maintenance on appliances, vent hoods, other basic areas of the house I hadn't thought to double check fire alarm battery replacement were completed, along with patching a hole the the roof I was unaware of! As a first time home buyer with very little free time, this service is great to keep you up to date on regular home maintenance you may not think to do and proactively identify areas of concern to keep an eye on.

Para Services is a dream come true for my aging husband and me - with their help, we can now hope to spend the next decade in our own home instead of moving to a retirement community. For our first visit, two highly competent (and personable) technicians showed up and spent the day reviewing everything in our house that could possibly need maintenance or repair. We were astonished by how much they got done. For example, one of them even climbed onto the roof where they found and nailed down some loose shingles. They cleaned the dryer vent (something we’ve never had done before), re-caulked some sections of the bathroom tiles, repaired loose door handles, checked the fire extinguishers, and the list goes on and on. I was especially pleased that they replaced all the burnt-out overhead light bulbs, so now my husband won't have to climb onto a tall ladder. We really look forward to working with Para in the years ahead.
