They came within a day and converted by old 3 knob setup to a more modern 1 knob setup which required cutting and reconfiguring pipes. The whole job was done in a half day and the shower/bath was repaired. Very nice plumber and front office team as well.

Called to schedule a kitchen sink drain clean out. Schedule same day plumber who showed up early and was able to clear drain within an hour. This is the second time I have called Drain Pro Plumbing Inc. Always professional and provides the service needed. I have already consulted for my next plumbing job with Drain Pro Plumbing and recommend them to my friends who need plumbing work.

The employees were professional and got the task done. We later learned that there was a mistake in installation of the new spigot. We promptly called the company who sent an employee out the next day and fixed it. We all make mistakes. So nice to work with a company that simply owned up to it, corrected it, and did not push back on us. Despite the mistake, we will choose them again for our plumbing needs.

There was minor scheduling mishap where the scheduler put the wrong date on their calendar, but when I called to ask where the plumber was, they immediately worked to get a plumber to my house within 20 minutes. Ammon arrived and was very friendly and competent. I pointed him to the area where I had seen water and he jumped in to locate the source. After a bit of inspection he identified a leaky valve on my sink. He extended the copper water pipes and replaced the leaky valve after explaining to both my wife and I what the issue was and what he was doing. After he resolved the problem, he gave us his direct number and told us to call him if we saw any more water. After a competitor had been out twice to try and repair the issue, it was refreshing to see Ammon so invested in finding and fixing my issue as well as making sure I was happy with his work. I would definitely hire Drain Pro again and I would certainly request Ammon.

Raymond and his crew did an excellent job repiping our home all the way to the street! This involved pipes to 1 and 3/4 baths, a kitchen, two outdoor faucets, and a hot water heater. We felt take care of every step of the way and everyone was very knowledgeable, respectful, communicative, and friendly. Our house is older and they made all the super tight spaces and the surprising things done in previous jobs by other people look easy to handle and fix. They kept to their estimated timeline and budget! They also minimized the number of drywall holes that needed to be made to gain access to the fixtures and hook-ups. The upstairs bathroom shower tile was kept in tact by finding ways to get through to the lines from the other side of the wall through a tiny hole made in the back of the towel closet. Same for the upstairs bathroom sink and toilet. Raymond and crew found a way to do one bathroom at a time while keeping the water on at night so we were able to stay in our home while they worked throughout the day. This was much appreciated! Their attention to details and communication were top notch. Everything from putting the grass back on top of the trench that was dug from the street to our house to adding a cap on one of our outdoor faucets. Bringing us up to code in all areas including drilling through our concrete foundation further down than before and adding a new hot water pressure release valve. No more orange water! Actual hot water pressure in each sink and shower! Whole new main stack! No leaks! No more slow drains! Incredibly impressed! Highly recommended!

Jaman was professional, courteous and got things done quickly. He exceeded expectations! We had a toilet that needed a new seal. He assessed the situation, quoted and did the work. He went above and beyond to level things given our uneven concrete floor so that the problem won’t reoccur, all the while keeping us informed and explaining what was needed. First, everyone was extremely professional, friendly, and informative. They scheduled and did the work quickly. The work was impressive to watch and went very well. The crew members worked very well together and even cheered each other for work well done. The clean up was very good. The city was delayed in making the final inspection, but we were not billed until everything was certified and cleaned up. We would definitely use them again, but we don't expect that we will need to!

The need for a footing drain was a surprise to me during my basement remodel due to water leaking in through the blocks. Raman and his team got me on the schedule fairly quickly, did a great job. They also set up new plumbing for 2 bathrooms and a kitchen in the basement, and removed my old water heater and installed a tankless water heater. Any issues that came up, they were very quick to resolve (including an old copper pipe that they didn't install which welding came loose, and they were there same day to fix.) great honest service, reliable service. Pricing, well, plumbing is not cheap, but I think they are comparable to anyone in the business. I would definitely use them again. Thanks Drain Pro!

Raymon came out and serviced a plug in short notice. He was professional and followed good Covid protocol. He quickly cleared the plug and scoped the drain so we had confidence about the issue having been resolved. The price was fair for the work and his diligence was appreciated!

This company finish all work they promised on the estimate. They are great communicators and alway respond my calls and emails. Since I couldn’t be onsite during the work, they sent me pictures to approve the work that have been done. During the weekend, they came back to fix the issue caused by them immediately. I should hire them in the first place to replace the older water lines in 60’s to avoid multiple times lecking inspections and repairs that could save me thousands of dollar. Highly recommend this company, and I will use them again in the future.

Our downstairs toilet, shower and sinks were backing up. We called Drain Pro and they arrived shortly after to look at the problem. They scoped the sewer line with a camera and found a big blockage that was caused by roots. They were able to clear the blockage. Everything is now working great. We will have them back in the future to re pipe the area where the roots have started coming thru. This company is great!!!

Initially the plumber did not create a lot of confidence in me that he knew what he was doing because of phone calls back to the office about questions. The final work seems to have been done well. The plumber did not wear a face mask when he had to do his inside work. The Angie's List link didn't appear to work to do the initial scheduling of the appointment. That's not the company's fault.

Raman did a great job. Called ahead to let me know he was on his way. Arrived on time. Snaked the drain and cleared the greasy clog in about 20-30 mins. All in all, a good experience.

Very well done! Tennant called to notify us of a leaking garbage disposal unit. Received a phone call when technician (Raman) arrived with a clear diagnosis before work was to be completed. Used an Angie's list special that was honored with no up-charges or additional work added. Drain Pro is now my go-to for all plumbing needs.

Ramen came on time and he was very professional, he performed clog cleaning for airgap to dishwasher pipe, so the leak problem fixed in a very short time.

Drain pro attempted to clean a blocked sewer. There was no convenient cleanout access, so they tried to do it by removing a toilet and going through a toilet drain. They failed to clear the blockage with a snake and diagnosed the issue as a soft blockage that required hydrojetting. They provided a $2,000 estimate to install the cleanout and do hydrojetting. I hired Aces Four who did this for under $900. Additionally Aces Four found that hydrojetter could not clear the blockage, and had to use a snake to get the job done. So it appears it was doable with a snake after all. And the bid to install the cleanout was far too high.

Robert, Piece and Raman did an excellent job everything they did was more than I expected. My wife and I are pleased with the work done.
