We absolutely loved working with Reza from Fast Rooter. We had a leaking toilet and wanted to replace it with a newer chair height toilet. Reza came out gave us a very reasonable quote for what we wanted done. He also throughly explained everything that would or could happen during his replacement visit. He suggested a Toto Toilet which uses less water, is modern looking and has a much stronger flush than the Gerber toilet we had. The design is wonderful it has a turbo flush that keeps the toilet cleaner than a regular toilet. I am so pleased that we took his advice. It’s an outstanding toilet. Reza was so easy to work with and made an observation on a potential safety issue we have with our gas hot water heater in the garage. We will be calling him back soon to get it fixed. Reza showed up same day (in fact within one hour of our call) and unclogged our kitchen drain quickly. Blockage was way down wall towards the basement and he knew just how to get at it - after we failed with drain snake rental. He is super friendly, professional and efficient. Hope we don’t experience another back up but if we do we will 100% call Reza again!

Had a leak in the kitchen drain pipe that needed fixing and contacted Reza, only to find out that he was able to show up within 30 min for the repair! He was so clear and walked me through everything I needed to know and even went to extra lengths checking on our water pressure levels. Reza was super helpful. Our water heater wasn’t working and he came in within a few hours of calling him and worked on it. Did some acid cleaning and cleaned the igniter and flame sensor. Reza was very quick to respond and was able to complete the repair within a few hours. Other service providers offered response times (evaluation & quote) up to 3 days. He also checked other site for potential repair. Lucky he did, he prevented another very near future blow out. Very friendly, courteous and professional. Got the job done QUICKLY!

I had a very old outdoor spigot that I busted while trying to replace the washers, requiring the whole thing to be replaced. Being connected to copper, it would've been tough to impossible for me to fix myself. Reza showed up on time, assessed the situation, and set a reasonable price before starting. The pipe was right next to a joist in a crawlspace making it difficult to work with, but he managed to make it work. He was courteous and took the time to explain what he was doing. He used quality materials when doing the repair. After the work was complete, Reza cleaned up, placing the insulation back in place and took a few minutes to check out a few other potential repairs that I may hire him for in the future. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

We hired fastrooter to give us a quote to install a filtration system for our house. They came on time, and after discussing the situation and price, he sent me an estimate to install three components filtration with the backup pipes system . After we got three more different quotes, we found that the price was better than others. They work done with four hours and give us a one year warranty. Clean and really fast
