I searched around and picked Insulation Co. Estimation without inspection seemed weird at first, but it made totally sense since the foundation layout is all there in the files. Jo had always been responsive, detailed and nice whenever I had questions. Scheduling was easy and Rafael and the team did a great and efficient job onsite. 2 months after the installation, we noticed that there was still standing water and they came back to install more pipes and gravels. We really appreciate the effort."

"Install was on time and as described. '1st Response' did the job I expected for the water heater install. Good customer service for scheduling. Note that the Angie's list price of $799 only covers the installation of 50 gallon gas AO Smith hot water tank. Assuming you also do installation of new brass fittings, new flex lines and new expansion tank (which you should probably all do with the new water heater) it will cost an ADDITIONAL approx $500-600 (mostly labor costs). That's a competitive price but still, you should be aware that the original quote is just for the water tank install itself, nothing else. All-in-all they did a good job for a competitive price. A few months after the install, so far, I can say I would recommend them for this type of work."

"Harts corrected the location of the crawlspace sump pump discharge line to the location in the foundation which I originally wanted it to be located. However, we did not hear the sump pump operate under the floor when first installed. When the Harts crew changed the location of the pump discharge line, we can now hear the pump very distinctly when it operates, under the floor. I am requesting that Harts come back and listen to see if it is normal for the sump pump to make this much noise."

I decided to call Apollo to see what's going on and they did a wonderful job describing the issue, which was more than just a sump pump not working. They took care on making sure that the intended result was fulfilled. They replaced the pump with the correct one, and also piped the outlet to the sewer line so that the water would not flow back in as before. Communication was clear, pricing was fair, and they were a pleasure to work with."
