Scheduling was easy and Rafael and the team did a great and efficient job onsite. 2 months after the installation, we noticed that there was still standing water and they came back to install more pipes and gravels. We really appreciate the effort."

Note that the Angie's list price of $799 only covers the installation of 50 gallon gas AO Smith hot water tank. Assuming you also do installation of new brass fittings, new flex lines and new expansion tank (which you should probably all do with the new water heater) it will cost an ADDITIONAL approx $500-600 (mostly labor costs). That's a competitive price but still, you should be aware that the original quote is just for the water tank install itself, nothing else. All-in-all they did a good job for a competitive price. A few months after the install, so far, I can say I would recommend them for this type of work."

"Harts corrected the location of the crawlspace sump pump discharge line to the location in the foundation which I originally wanted it to be located. However, we did not hear the sump pump operate under the floor when first installed. When the Harts crew changed the location of the pump discharge line, we can now hear the pump very distinctly when it operates, under the floor. I am requesting that Harts come back and listen to see if it is normal for the sump pump to make this much noise."

The only not issue I had was that they told me they would be able to change the shut off valves in the bathroom without damaging the dry wall. When they were done, there were two large, unable-to-hide holes under my pedestal sink. Since it wasn’t required to replace the shut off valves to correct the leak, I wouldn’t have taken the suggestion to replace them had I not be assured that the wall wouldn’t be damaged. Now I have to hire someone to fix the drywall which is going to cost a few hundred dollars. They did correct the leak and were very nice and I would still hire them again."

First appointment no show service man got into a job that occupied his whole day. Second appointment missed because service man sick. Finally showed up for third appointment. Congenial and wore mask when he arrived. Said it would be $550 for the inspection. It took fifteen minutes. No parts or anything. Just labor. Easy access. The service person came back upstairs wearing the mask to only cover his mouth, not his nose."
