Our basement had water damage from a sump pump failure. Custom Pro came out right away to begin the mitigation. Max was friendly, professional and clearly explained the process. He salvaged the carpet and did minimal cutting out of drywall. Arkady and Vitaliy answered all of my questions and there were many!

Vito, Arko, and the team were timely, professional, and clearly skilled. All as promised... bid, timing, and quality. Will hire them again.

There was terrible communication throughout the whole project. Was told promises over and over again regarding the schedule that were not kept. The workers are very inefficient with no urgency to finish the project.

There aren't enough stars to describe how good this crew is. They recovered a 2007 Street of Dreams Home turned nightmare due to the original builder's incompetence and total disregard for building standards. This job included structural element repair/replacement, excavation,/regrading, electrical wiring, gas and plumbing lines, concrete and more. Throughout they were very professional, respectful and very skilled. They worked on my home like it was theirs.

We are super happy with CPR's Work!! We had a flood which damaged multiple rooms in our home, we had no idea where to start. After contacting Custom Pro Restoration they walked us threw the whole process and made our life a little bit less stressful in this situation. The Quality of the work is amazing! The fellas they have working are polite and also very great to talk to. The work space was always kept clean and i had an update everyday! I would and will definitely recommend them as a company.
