(Only 2 screws installed out of ten holes, when inquired they said tech had his batteries die on him). I guess I should have asked as part of the quote but the wood molding trim around the drywall just inside the skylight was a little moldy from the skylight leaking. Wasn't replaced when light was done. Flashing was left alone, appeared to be in good shape still."

"I had a leaking 4x4 skylight. Contacted multiple contractors off H.A. and not only did Marcio contact me fast he was the ONLY H.A. contractor to reply. I guess others thought it too small a job? I had another bid NON-H.A. and it was higher. Anyways, within days Marcio and crew had replaced my leaker and for good measure I had him replace 2 more that were the same age and in bad shape. Fast, Good communication, quality install, and very Fair pricing. What more can you ask for? This house is a fixer and I will most definitely be getting bids from them on gutters, windows, and painting over the next couple of years as I renovate. Highly recommend."
