(Only 2 screws installed out of ten holes, when inquired they said tech had his batteries die on him). Wasn't replaced when light was done. Flashing was left alone, appeared to be in good shape still."

They Identified a few other areas on my roof that needed fixing (B Valve I believe) Which happen to have been listed as something that needed to be replaced on my Inspection Report when I bought the home.
