"Replaced the skylight quickly, but had to come back a second time after the skylight wasnt secured great the 1st time. (Only 2 screws installed out of ten holes, when inquired they said tech had his batteries die on him). I guess I should have asked as part of the quote but the wood molding trim around the drywall just inside the skylight was a little moldy from the skylight leaking. Wasn't replaced when light was done. Flashing was left alone, appeared to be in good shape still."

I had another bid NON-H.A. and it was higher. Anyways, within days Marcio and crew had replaced my leaker and for good measure I had him replace 2 more that were the same age and in bad shape.
