Major focus is skylights and they are very good at their job. Very happy with job, now installed over 2 winters and zero problems. 7 large skylights on a flat roof 24 unit 4 story condo building in NE Seattle.

He went above and beyond expectations. We are very happy with his work.

They were quick to install the replacement skylight within days of my call. Workers will skilled and professional.

Replaced the skylight quickly, but had to come back a second time after the skylight wasnt secured great the 1st time. (Only 2 screws installed out of ten holes, when inquired they said tech had his batteries die on him). I guess I should have asked as part of the quote but the wood molding trim around the drywall just inside the skylight was a little moldy from the skylight leaking. Wasn't replaced when light was done. Flashing was left alone, appeared to be in good shape still.

I called and talked with Mark about looking at our leaking skylight. he came out promptly, quickly identified the problem, and fixed it on the spot. Amazing response and customer service!!

Inspected and re-caulked our old skylight to stop our leak. Took about 20 minutes at no charge. He just asked me keep him in mind for replacing our 2 skylights when we get our roof replaced. Prompt and professional. I would definitely do business with them in the future.

They mis measured another window we paid for and still have not brought out a replacement.

SSI was very prompt in giving us an estimate, taking the skylight order, and installing the device. They worked with us to identify the best location and explained the construction process thoroughly. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to a friend or relative.

Crystalite Skylights were recommended to me & installed & I am very pleased with the appearance & the features. My initial conversation was very helpful and informative.

Good job-price was right.

The did a good job on the installation. They incorrectly measured the window, so they had to reorder the window and skylight. This delayed installation by about a month. During that time, we had no natural light in the bathroom because they had to board-up the hole where the window and skylight were. They also did not take a credit card for payment. That was annoying.

Outstanding service! It turns out that our problem was really simple, but they did a great job and charged very little! I would definitely use them again!

Out of the 3 that were recommended to me, SSI is the ONLY one that came out when they said they would, sent an estimate when they said they would and did the job when they said they would. The others, one was a no show and the other I had to call over and over just to get an estimate.
