Unfortunately we had a pretty bad experience having our house re-sided with Planet Builders. Things started out well, Marcio and crew are very friendly and easy to talk to, but what was originally quoted as a ?4 week project? became a 3 month project. After the first week, they would only appear after repeated texting asking when they were coming back - and then they would be there and work for a couple days and then disappear again. They started in April and by the time they were finished, we were told it was too late into fall to paint. :( Also, they replaced a couple windows as part of the siding job and did a lot of damage to the inside of the house that we had to have repaired. The siders also covered over our fully functioning attic fan! We could not figure out why our house was so hot- and my husband went outside and said where the vent for the attic?! (It was under the siding). I complained to Marcio about the delays and the damage and he gave me $500 back (from a $30k project). Marcio was so nice, I wish the construction experience had been nice too!

I recently had the pleasure of working with a fantastic builder who repaired my house to perfection. After receiving several quotes from different contractors, I chose this builder because they provided the fastest service and the lowest price, even beating out the second lowest bidder by a significant margin. Despite my initial doubts, this builder's service exceeded my expectations in every way. The damage on my siding right below the roof was worse than I thought - the wood inside was also rotten. But the builder was up to the challenge. They cleaned up all the rotten wood and replaced it with new wood. The siding had a curve which required a 12 foot long piece of wood, but they had no problem replacing it with a new one. While the contractors didn't speak English, communication was not a problem thanks to the Google translator app. I was able to use the app to ask them to paint the extra siding next to the damage, and they had no problem understanding my request. I am extremely pleased with the work this builder did on my house. They were fast, efficient, and provided an outstanding level of service. I was very impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of home repairs or construction work. Thank you again for your excellent work!

The workers arrived without setting up a time with us! All of a sudden people were on our roof early Friday morning. A phone call would have been appreciated!

Fast and efficient, I called about a minor roof leak, they took pictures and showed me exactly what the issue was. Next day they we're out to repair, and now the leak is gone. Couldn't ask for more!

We had 2 skylights replaced, as well as 2 flappers for our vents. Marco was responsive and quick in his service. He took pictures of everything as it was and went through a detailed explanation of what we would replace and what needed to be done. He was able to have the work completed the next day, and the work was immaculate. Would highly recommend.

Clean, detailed, conscientious, efficient. Had drywall work done with my skylight installation and you never would have known. My house was that dust free, inside and out. Impressive. Absolutely use again!

Marcio was extremely responsive and knowledgeable in addressing the items we had identified as needing attention. He also was direct in educating me, with photos and a clear explanation, on items that another company had recommended, and why that extra work was not necessary. Marcio communicated regularly leading up to and during the work on our home, and his employee was also super nice and efficient. I've already recommended Marcio strongly to two family members for work on their homes.

I had a leaking 4x4 skylight. Contacted multiple contractors off H.A. and not only did Marcio contact me fast he was the ONLY H.A. contractor to reply. I guess others thought it too small a job? I had another bid NON-H.A. and it was higher. Anyways, within days Marcio and crew had replaced my leaker and for good measure I had him replace 2 more that were the same age and in bad shape. Fast, Good communication, quality install, and very Fair pricing. What more can you ask for? This house is a fixer and I will most definitely be getting bids from them on gutters, windows, and painting over the next couple of years as I renovate. Highly recommend.

We had a fairly small wood replacement job on our balcony and Marcio and Wilmar were great. Marcio was quick to drop by for an estimate & scheduled the job quickly. Wilmar finished within a couple of days as promised with a great standard of work. Price was perfect as well. I would definitely use MJ Repair Services again!

I met Marcio two years ago and he helped us with roof leakage, roof cleaning, woodpecker holes and some other problems. Marcio is always nice, responsible and reliable. He also has good sense of humor! :) His work is way better and cost effective than some other companies (We hired other companies to do quotes and repair before). I also referred him to our friend and he did a wonderful job too. I highly recommend him and his company to you!!
