Fast and thorough repair of a leaking skylight. I went back to them to replace the second one before it leaked too. Very happy with the workmanship.

They got here at 4:30PM after doing another job. Tore off the old roof of the shed and awning. Replaced the plywood on the awning. Worked until dark and came back at 8:30 AM the next morning and finished the job. Cleaned up everything including all the nails. They used a different roofing material on the awning because it didn't have much slope so we'll see how that works. They were super polite and nice. I would definitely use them again.

If you're looking for roofers, you can stop your search--Mass & Mass is who you need to call. Wilson & company were fast, efficient, and friendly. His crew arrived in the morning, and completed what would have taken me 8 days, 14 frantic phone calls to friends/family, and a 12 pack of Rainier in only 12 hours. I got texts from my neighbors saying the roofers were working fast, and hard. I returned home that night to a completely new roof. I used to have the worst house in the neighborhood, with an extremely obvious ugly roof visible from the road. Now, I have the newest, best looking roof on my street. The bottom line is this: Wilson answered all my questions, communicated promptly, and provided a level of customer service that is seldom seen in the modern era. This is who you need to call for all your roofing needs.

We hired Mass & Mass LLC to paint the entire exterior of a four story condominium building in West Seattle. They did a fantastic job on the project and the building looks almost like new. There were several difficult situations because of our building's close proximity to a building next door. The painting crew was very professional, efficient, skillful and responsive. They cleaned up the site very well every day. I highly recommend Mass & Mass and would definitely use them again. Several years ago, we hired them to put a new roof on this same building and they did an excellent job on that too.
