"From tip-to-toe everything was organized, efficient, well communicated and professional!!! We are sooo incredibly happy with our bathroom that went from drab 1980s style to exactly what we wanted! There was never a time where we felt left out on an "island" without any communication or information and we knew what would be happening on a daily basis. Not only was the communication top notch, but the work was professional over and over again. There was NO mess afterwards and each and every contractor was absolutely respectful of our property. We can't say enough on how happy we are with the finished product. I would hire them over and over again."

"Matthew called when he was 10 minutes away to confirm our appointment and let me know he was on his way. I had been remodeling my kitchen and had a new farmers sink installed. I finally got the countertops in and needed the sink hooked up. Matthew arrived and checked out the situation and existing pipes etc. He advised that the elbows in the pipes, while good at this time, were going to need replacing not too far into the future. He provided a price for those along with his installation fee and the fee for hooking up without replacement. I decided to just replace now, saving another trip later on. Matthew gave a full explanation of what he was doing and why, hooked up the sink and took time to test it out with running hot water etc to make sure there were no leaks or issues. He cleaned up thoroughly leaving everything in pristine condition, before leaving. I have used Trident in the past and will continue to call on them for all my plumbing needs."

Used an Angie's list special that was honored with no up-charges or additional work added. Drain Pro is now my go-to for all plumbing needs."

"I couldn't find the category for gas piping. This Father and son team replaced a gas pipe to my outdoor grill that was leaking. They removed the old leaking pipe and installed a new black iron pipe and painted it and did an excellent job. They took the time to explain everything to me while they did the job and even took photos in the crawl space so I can see without having to go in there myself."
