"Vlad was very prompt, respectful, yet personable and more than sincere in his motivation to assist with my plumbing problem. After replacing the pipes, the sink was still backing up, so he ran a snake through it a handful of times, but to no avail. He had come to the conclusion that it may be backed up much further down, and that was out of his scope of work, and with regret, he recommended other companies that would be able to assist. About 30 minutes after he left, he called me back and explained how awful he felt about not being able resolve my original issue. He informed me that he would like to make one more attempt (this was after I had already paid him the full amount), and that he was going to Home Depot to purchase a more effective tool, and said that he would be willing to go into the crawl space if it came to that. He arrived back at my house shortly after and went right back to trying to break up whatever was clogging the drains. After 4 attempts, it finally worked! The relief and the gratitude I felt was enormous! Vlad did not request any money after coming back the second time, and I think he was as happy as I was to have it working! I can't thank Vlad enough for going the extra mile, being so loyal to his work ethic, and putting his other priorities on hold to complete a job he could have easily walked away from after being paid. "Aces Four installed a sewer cleanout and hydrojetted my sewer line to clean what was diagnosed as "soft blockage". They did this for half the cost of another bid, and also ran a sewer scope. I was very pleased with this work. However, the sewer scope revealed another issue further down the line causing slow draining. Because of water in the line they were not able to make a definitive diagnosis, and the blockage was too far to reach with a snake. Still, they recommended digging out the line at about $8,000. Later I found another plumber willing to attach two snakes together to clear that blockage. After that was cleared, sewer scope revealed cracks/holes that can be sealed without digging out the line for under $4,000. On one hand I really appreciate the job they did for me, and I can understand that they could not make a proper diagnosis with the water in the line. But they did not offer alternative solutions, so I had to call someone else to figure out the issue. Still, I would call them in the future, and in fact just recently did that."

"Technician arrived on time, was able to clear the garbage disposal, and check to make sure the trap was clear. He put everything back together, and it all worked again. Tech documented work he did, so I could determine if the charges were a renter's expense or an owner's expense."

"I called Hagee this morning at 815 am and at 2.30 the same afternoon the sink is working, the clog gone, and the kitchen is all cleaned up.  Caleb did an amazing job fixing everything up, plus he cleaned up the space and corrected my husband's slight plumbing error.   Caleb let me know he was on his way, and then left me with his business card should we need anything else.

"They messed around for about 2 hours and final tried to snake the pipe off the kitchen drain. There was an obvious blockage so bad that the snake couldn't budge it. (so they said). They said that I needed to replace the pipes to the tune of $4800.00. They then handed me a bill for $400 for services rendered. They left and I now have a larger problem than when first they arrived. Appears that when they put the snake down, it interrupted the clog and now beside water, I have this black smelly flakes coming up the drains in my sinks. I called the company the next day and asked to speak to Zack (their plumber). I wanted to ask him for a price to just replace a section of the pipe. Well, he never returned my call. I assumed that Innovative did not want my business. I would not call them for help again. My pipes are being replaced as I speak. Oh, this plumber is charging one third of their bid. So take this review and really consider it before you hire them."

"I went to their website and requested a quote to clean and seal my shower.  I gave dimensions and sent photos.  Sound Tile and Grout responded with a quote that was over twice what I expected but I'll admit I really didn't know what it would cost.  I needed the work done and after seeing their positive reviews on Angie's List I decided to bite-the-bullet and get it done.  I am very glad that I did.  Chad & Zack arrived on time and after letting me know what they were going to do they went right to work.  They were clean-cut, well mannered, and very professional.  High quality materials were used.  They did an outstanding job and I am very happy I spent the money.  My shower hasn't looked this good since it was new.  If you need the work done, go with Sound Tile & Grout."

Best contractor one could find?Sean Carlstrom and Jerry Williams did all work, themselves, except for drywall, spackling, and granite fabrication and installation. The construction industry recognizes three grades of quality, Good, Better, and Best. Carlstrom does only ?Best.?

I got three estimates. The first was ?Good? in that the contractor wanted to install his standard kitchen on a cost plus basis. The second was ?Better? in that the contractor wanted to do all work, himself, in accordance with our wishes but seemed to lack a full understanding of the scope of the job. Only estimator Jim Sittler and owner Sean Carlstrom were able to grasp the full scope of our project and give us a fair bid for ?Best? quality. They did this with a firm contract.

Carlstrom referred to the plans consistently and never varied. If a question cropped up, they asked and complied with the decision with no sign of resistance or anxiety.

"This was the third project Anderson's has done for us, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.  All of their employees are expert craftsmen at their respective specialties, take great pride in the quality of their work, and exhibit great professionalism.  They show up when they say they're going to show up, work hard, and stick very close to the promised schedule.  At the end of each day, there is a complete clean-up, leaving the house usable and presentable.  (We provided some storage space in the garage for temporary storage of tools and materials.)
Kenny Anderson (owner) operates in a very professional way.  He tries to provide very detailed design specifications, a day-by-day work schedule, and a carefully considered project cost commitment that he is prepared to live with.  The price is adjusted appropriately, of course, (either up or down) as we work with his design consultant, his daughter, early on to make selections of materials, such as tiles, fixtures, etc.  If the customer or workers think of a design improvement during the project, he provides a cost impact so the customer can consider it.  (In our case he provided an improvement, a new bathroom light/exhaust fan/heater unit, at his cost.)
His prices are fair, but not the cheapest around.  (He was not the low bidder on this project.)  However, I think it's a case of getting what you pay for.  The craftsmanship and professionalism displayed by his employees are unbeatable.
The only negative with this job was that Kenny took a couple of weeks to get back to us with the initial cost proposal, and we almost picked another contractor in the meantime.  However, I think that was related to an illness on Kenny's part, and this has not been our experience in the past.
He does stand behind his work, both parts and labor, with a five-year guarantee, and extends that to a lifetime guarantee for repeat customers.  :He was in fact prepared to replace the filter cartridge in a kitchen faucet from a five-year-old kitchen remodel he had done for us, but his employees instead found and fixed the problem by cleaning an in-line filter in a quick disconnect fitting under the sink.  This was investigated and repaired at no cost to us even though the problem was caused by grit in the Federal Way water supply and our 44-year-old galvanized iron plumbing."

"Master bedroom, master bathroom, guest bath, & hallway was flooded when toilet supply line broke. As a recent first time homebuyer not noing how home owners insurance worked I attempted to begin the drying out process on my own renting some carpet fans and removing some of the carpet and padding.
