I waited another 2.5 hours before receiving a call informing me that no technician would be coming at all. My only options were to reschedule or cancel. I asked to speak with a manager and was placed on long hold. Eventually, I was told the manager was “too busy” to speak with me and would call me later. That call never came. This experience was a complete waste of time and resources, and the lack of accountability was appalling. That cap is what's suppose to allow the pressure to be relieved if the line is clogged so you don't get water all over the kitchen. But it had no holes in it, so the pressure couldn't relieve itself. The dishwasher now drains correctly. Maybe because of the snaking, but I think because he thought to drill a few holes so the air pressure couldn't build up and ****** drainage."
