Vlad showed up on time, listened, understood the issue, explained what he was going to do then carefully fixed it. Later that day, the Home Depot crew came in to install our new dishwasher and could not complete the job. Vlad was back later that day - on a Friday - and took charge. As calm and unflappable as the first time he took care of doing everything just right. I would definitely hire AWP again. Very few professionals I have dealt with project and deliver such peace of mind."

 Getting a quote for the job was very straight-forward with JM Plumbing & Mechanical.  I sent a message to JM Plumbing and Mechanical through Angie's List message feature.  I described the 3 problems and received a prompt response with a quote of $350.  Jerry and TJ arrived ahead of the scheduled time, and got right down to business.  They let me know the sequence they would be working on the issues and immediately shut off the water and got to work.  After the work started, I mentioned another problem with the water running in the toilet and Jerry said he would look at that as well.  They were prepared with the parts they needed for the initial repair requests, but needed additional parts for the toilet repair so went to Home Depot to get those and then returned and completed the shower handle, toilet repair, and outside faucet repair very quickly.  Then TJ got under the house, found the leaky pipe and caulked that.  That job alone was a big relief to get taken care of.  Considering the crawlspace under this house, I had no idea how much something like this would cost to have fixed, but it was completed by TJ like it was no big deal.  Before leaving, two more issues came up unrelated to my original request.  Jerry was very sincere in offering to check those out as well and did so in a matter of minutes.  I could not be more satisfied with the value I received for $350 and would definitely use this company again.

"Quality, dependable workmanship. In an effort to solve a basement flooding problem, I hired Aces Four to excavate at the back of my house and install a drain system to divert ground water away from my foundation and hopefully prevent further flooding.

Aces Four employs a competent professional crew. I am very nervous about people excavating around the foundation of my house since sewer excavation by a different company was the cause of my basement becoming a flood zone. I had complete confidence in the Aces Four crew.

They excavated all the way down to the footing drains, laid in drainage pipe in the appropriate gravel bedding material, covered the foundation walls with Mirra-Drain material to direct the water down to the drain pipe. They directed the drain pipe to a catch basin that connects to the sewer line, and then filled everything back in.

They did what they said they would in a reasonable amount of time, left things clean, were careful with my property, worked with me on my budget. The crew was a pleasure. This company is a bit pricey, but the quality is worth the bit extra and is the price you pay for a competent crew."

"I called Hagee this morning at 815 am and at 2.30 the same afternoon the sink is working, the clog gone, and the kitchen is all cleaned up.  Caleb did an amazing job fixing everything up, plus he cleaned up the space and corrected my husband's slight plumbing error.   Caleb let me know he was on his way, and then left me with his business card should we need anything else.

He highly recommended the hydro clean, and I am planning to schedule that sooner rather than later.  Everyone I spoke with at Hagee was fabulous.  Thank you Caleb and Hagee team.

"They messed around for about 2 hours and final tried to snake the pipe off the kitchen drain. There was an obvious blockage so bad that the snake couldn't budge it. (so they said). They said that I needed to replace the pipes to the tune of $4800.00. They then handed me a bill for $400 for services rendered. They left and I now have a larger problem than when first they arrived. Appears that when they put the snake down, it interrupted the clog and now beside water, I have this black smelly flakes coming up the drains in my sinks. I called the company the next day and asked to speak to Zack (their plumber). I wanted to ask him for a price to just replace a section of the pipe. Well, he never returned my call. I assumed that Innovative did not want my business. I would not call them for help again. My pipes are being replaced as I speak. Oh, this plumber is charging one third of their bid. So take this review and really consider it before you hire them."
